  Nice Hotel at Good Location

  Fastest check-in and Good Room but very small. Room service is good and tasty food. Morning complementary breakfast is nice and many variety. Taste is Good. Good for evening team dinner and party with more numbers.

  Worst misbehavior by reception ever

  I and my colleague stayed there in clarista for a while and when I had to go to one hotel to another hotel( which was just 2 kms away), i asked.for a cab or auto , they said me they will charge 400 plus taxes .on questioning why so much high prices , the receptionist said me with an attitude that we are a four star hotel and we charge that much only. I said him I have stayed in Taj President Cuff parade in Mumbai and they dont charge me so much then why so much here. Then he directly said me on my face that have u ever stayed in Taj?? This is not how u talk to a customer by questioning abt his status abt where he can stay or not. I belong to a reputed company and have always maintained the decency but this is not how a receptionist can question abt a customer about his status whether he can stay in 1 star or 5 star. To be honest u guys should learn that Dont ever judge a book by its cover . I had the worst experience ever in hotel in my whole life and I would recommend that people shouldn't go to this hotel ever unless they get good EDUCATED staff there . I used to love this hotel but this experience has made me never to go over there ever and will never recommend anyone to go there.

  Good value

  Stayed at this property for a night. The hotel rooms were clean and maintained nicely, well equipped and comfortable. The rest rooms were maintained in a hygienic manner. Service at the restaurant was very spotty - part of the order was served very quickly while the rest of it took a long time. Breakfast was above average. Elevator in the front block could be an issue as there is only one servicing several floors with a tiny capacity. Not sure what would happen if it has to be serviced....

  Business Friendly Hotel

  Well placed and nice Hotel. Fastest check-in. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are very small, but clean and room service is good and food are tasty. Checkout is fast. Over all, very good location and easy to go to industrial hub without getting into traffic.

  Excellent experience

  Claresta hotels is a quite nice heritage hotel.free highspeed unlimited WiFi,The staff was really helpful, more helpful than I had any right to expect. Mr.Hariharan was very helpful in helping me find activities. The lady at the concierge desk was also excellent. The pool is also killer. 10/10 recommend
