  Guesthouse muy familiar por lo que la estancia se hace muy cómoda. Las habitaciones son cómodas y en un estilo clásico británico. El personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos caminando hacia las principales atracciones de Edimburgo. Muy recomendable.

  No volveré

  Casa de huéspedes cutre, cutre. La llegada no es fácil, no hay recepción y si no está Tommy tienes que llamar por teléfono y esperar a que venga a abrir (en nuestro caso 20 minutos). La habitación era triple, súper pequeña y el baño enano. El desayuno muy justito y el comedor era tan pequeño que llegaba gente y no tenían sitio para sentarse. Eso sí, eran amables, pero la relación calidad-precio muy deficiente.

  Nice small B&B

  We really liked the place. We arrived quite early (9:30 in the morning) and we could already go into the room, which was perfect. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice (we probably ate too much) and when we left we could also leave the luggage behind and enjoy our day in Edinburgh. The B&B is about 20 minutes walk from the old town and it has some nice (local) pubs and restaurants just in the street. The tramline from the airport stops about 10 minutes walk from the B&B, so that was perfect. Would recommend staying here!

  Avoid Basement Rooms

  Edinburgh was a part of our Honeymoon trip in October 2019. My husband chose this guesthouse for 2 nights stay because of location, nice pictures of the rooms, and value. Location of the place is indisputably perfect. The trick of the place is that normal rooms are situated on the upper floor. The worst rooms happened to be in the basement. This is where we were hosted during the first night. It was a nightmare! The room was small with sense of humidity and dirtiness; it was impossible to fully close the window; a wardrobe-size bathroom was all rusty and old. Till now I shiver at the thought of that room. Upon our request the host moved us to the upper floor room for the second night. It was much better room, same as on the pictures: spacious, big bed, wall mirror, wardrobe, tall windows with street view, and decent shower room. Breakfast is modest, simple, but cordial. The host tries his best to maintain the place in the acceptable condition. In order to avoid similar disappointed feedbacks, the host might consider stop placing people in the basement rooms.

  Terrible

  First and only positive bed was comfortable and that's were it ends the room we had was number 6 decor was terrible ,there was paint splashed all over the carpet ,pictures cut out wallpaper stuck on things like fridge looked awful , bedside cabinets sticky with I dont know what , and the bathroom looks like it's a porta cabin built out of old doors ,wonkey toilet seat basically bathroom was terrible ,we went down for breakfast jams all open on tables man sat there on is laptop looking very unkempt as I got orange juice saw how unclean kitchen was and decided not to eat very expensive to park as we arrived late didn't notice how unkept it was outside sorry but your pictures on website or nothing like reality
