  Ideal hotel for a relaxing and peacefull holiday.

  The best things about this hotel are the amazing view and the peaceful athmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-furnished and have the most stunning seaviews with Molyvos castle, Petra and Turkey in the distance. We could spend all day on the terrace, enjoying just the view. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but Petra can easily be reached by walking along the beach or the road in about 20 minutes. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and has a taverna. You can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the hotels terrace overlooking the sea. There are also tavernas nearby on the beach. Staff are very friendly and will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. If you like hiking, May is a good time to stay, not too hot yet, nature is beautiful, lots of flowers and birds.

  Rather a hit and miss hotel pluses are excellent accommodation well furnished rooms with balconies bath and shower cooking facilities etc. depending on type of booking. Meticulously cleaned rooms and reasonable choice at buffet breakfast. Stunning complex with sea views and pretty gardens. On the downside the hotel is a little isolated and the pool are whilst gorgeous is only accessible from the hotel down a steep and long pathway. The owners are very friendly and helpful and make everyone welcome.

  Wonderful Family stay at the Clara Hotel

  My family and I had the opportunity to have a wonderful stay at the Clara Hotel this summer. From the moment we arrived, the hotel owners and management, were very helpful in accommodating us, as a group and personally, to make our stay at the hotel and on the island of Lesvos as pleasant as possible. Nestled on a hillside, in Avlaki, minutes from the town of Petra and Anaxos, the hotel offers a peaceful respite. The rooms are bright, nicely appointed and have balconies with stunning views of the Aegean and Petra. The hotel grounds are within minutes of a private beach, and several local beaches, but most impressive is the amazing saltwater pool with a taverna, offering refreshments and food, The restaurant located on a terrace overlooking the sea, offers amazing views while dining on delicious traditional and international fare. I highly recommend the Clara Hotel to any one visiting the island of Lesvos.

  A very nice hotel with one of the best views of Petra. Very kind and hospitality people, they think with you in every situation. Good food and great service. Lovely rooms en nice pool to cool down. Really worth a try

  Top and quiet place

  We have spent 2 quiet and restful weeks. View from the room and balconies is beautiful, good commodities, spacious and cleaned rooms. 3 minutes walking from the sea which is just below the hotel. Nice owner and staff, real chief cooker who deliver fresh and tasty food. They are kind, friendly, and really helpful. We will miss for sure your kindness and the so pleasant and lovely "Kalimera! Your breakfast!" With pleasure to see you next time... EFKHARISTO!
