  Hands down the hotel with the best service ever (in my experience)

  The staff at the hotel are really hands down the best Ive ever encountered. From the time of check in, they remembered us and our room number, always greeting us in the morning when we exit the lift and letting us know theyll be sending room service to make the room. Theyre also highly knowledgeable on Taipei and are always very forthcoming in advising on places to eat and sights to see so definitely pop by the service counter to ask for their advice regarding whatever plans you have! Theyre also really warm and Ive seen them speak English to a westerner as well. So if you do not speak mandarin, do not worry about communication problems at this hotel! The staff go the extra mile, even helping us to book a ktv slot at our request and offering bottled water when we were venturing far. Honestly have never experienced anything quite like it so kudos to the staff! Also, the hotel is really modern so if thats important to you as well, this is a great choice for a hotel! Location is pretty convenient to with loads of eating options at your doorstep and a family mart right next door.

  Great location, very clean room and super friendly staff!

  The title speaks all - it was a superb experience staying at cityin and I must emphasised the two ladies at the front desk was the friendliest hotel staff Ive ever met in Taipei (I came to taipei 2- 3 times a year). The location was very convenient- 5 mins walk to Taipei station and lots of eateries and massage places downstairs. Room itself was excellent - super clean, esp the bathroom. They even have free in-room movies (which were quite up to date). Thumbs up - bring a frequent traveler to Taipei for th roast 7 years, best hotel so far and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Great staff; ideal location

  This was a great base for us in Taipei. Easy to access the fabulous transport systems, quiet and safe. Lots of food outlets around. Small rooms, but spotless and good shower. Really thoughtful and kind staff. Laundry facilities are handy too. We are returning. Recommended.

  Small Room but Excellent Staff

  This is the 1st time I stayed in CItyInn Hotel. I have been to Taipei for numerous of times but previously I chose to stayed in Zhongshan district. However, this time I have lots of things to do near Taipei Station area and I need to go to airport in the early morning so I better choose one near Taipei Station. Cityinn Taipei Station is just located in just 2 mins walk from the exit Z6. For the 1st impression of Cityinn Hotel is the low room rate. I have compared many others near Taipei Station as their review are the best with such a reasonable price. I was so surprised with their personalized service. In just a few days before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel with a warm welcome and check if I need any special help on arrived which impressed me so much. It's not just a welcome email but a welcome call! It's amazing! Upon my arrival, I was impressed by their warm greeting (and actually is for every time when I come back). The hotel lobby is a bit small but since I am arriving late, thus it's not a problem to me as no waiting needed. As I have notified the hotel my estimated arrival time during the call, upon my arrival, my room key is already prepared. They have good preparation work before my arrival making my check-in progress efficient and smooth and the hotel staff have clearly explained the hotel information to me. Especially for Vica, her smile is so friendly. Regarding to the room, the room is actually quite small and but everything is placed tidy and neatly. The bed is in good quality making me have enjoyed a good sleep. However, the sound proof is quite bad that you can hear clearly what people is talking in the corridor. Overall, with such a reasonable room rate in such a convenient location, I will definitely consider to come back next time.

  Best hotel in Taipei

  Great location, comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staffs, excellent service and very convenient as Family Mart is just next to the hotel entrance. Oh ya, not forgetting to mention that theres laundry services and drinks and snacks provided too. Special thanks to night shift staff, Eric Gao who specially made a list of supper recommendations and sent to my room when I told him that we are going for A-Lins concert. And the other lady whom I didnt get her name, she recommended me a few movies that I can watch on the hotels video on demands when the weather turned cold we were feeling lazy to go out and just want to laze in our cozy room. Overall, they really made us feel at home and we are more likes friends than guests and hosts. Will be my go-to hotel in Taipei! Will be back again!
