  Good

  we arrived at 2am, because of really last minute change of plan. the area is quite safe even, got mamak stall at corner besides the hotel so it's never feel lonely. receptionist is available 24hrs and very easy check-in. our room is upgraded from deluxe twin to family room-damn lucky so spacious for us two. facilities is basics and sufficient. for budget stay it's really good. location is easy to find with gps.

  Stopover after work

  This is my go to place if I'm in the area and can't afford to travel back once I'm done with work. It's nearby a lot of Chinese restaurants and a little drive out you can get to the Kulaijaya town and get to Jusco or IOI Mall. It's a strategic place with a Shell Gas Station nearby. The hotel has the basic amenities covered with WiFi, AC, TV and a clean washroom with hot water heaters. The place is quiet and there is no disturbance whatsoever when staying here. Perfect for business people who want to skimp on the luxurious hotels and just get rest while saving a whole load of cash.

  Not much choice

  This hotel is old and the area looks pretty grim. The room was big enough, but even the bedding was dated. Not elevator or food, but there's a mamak nearby. The wifi was ok. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

  Quiet corner

  This is a budget hotel with very basic room. It's ok for a short stay for business trip. Reasonably priced. Room is clean enough, though it may not be the best at every nook and corner of the room. Beds are good. Overall, it's ok. Can't expect more from a budget hotel.

  Smokers alert

  Booked online and was given a tiny room without windows. Unbearable cigarette smell throughout the hotel. TV reception were bad. Furniture has aged in time..... Overall a decent place for a night stay.
