  Decent and hospitable

  The hotel is located at a very convenient place; near the city center and not far away from important places. The staff are warm and hospitable. There are indoor facilities such as swimming pool and gym. My overall perception and rating is very good. Thank you.

  Very affordable hotel

  It is in the city centre in lefkosa northern Cyprus the hotel is very affordable and is well cleaned, i can believe i stay in that hotel for the price, the bus station is like a 1 minute walk from the hotel

  Comfortable and quiet

  The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable with good pillows. The staff were helpful with questions, though some didn't understand English well. I liked the nice touches of tea/coffee and bottle of water in the room. Also, slippers and a few little things. The air cond was good and I could control with a remote. Breakfast was included but unfortunately I got my times wrong and completely missed it. On the downside, the shower leaked, which meant I spent a good 10 minutes mopping up a small pool thinking I hadn't closed the door properly. I then saw the seal had come away on the shower base. Overall I liked the hotel and room and would stay again,

  Betcris. Great Experiance

  I was with friends in Panama City. It was Sunday and a day of relaxation. My buddies suggested we have lunch and watch some NFL at Bercris in Royal Casino which is one of several locations they have in Panama. Hell why not? Big comfy chairs. A dozen big screen TVs and a great lunch menu. I had salad and some delicious wings. Waitresses were friendly and staff in general were all helpful. I like to make a small wager from time to time so I asked a manager how can I join the online site. A lady walked me through the process and within 10 minutes I was a betcris client and could wager on my computer or telephone. Amazing!! I have been playing for 6 months occasionally. The betcris site is easy to follow and the staff have been extremely helpful whenever required. Great experience Betcris.

  Disturbing 4 Star Hotel

  I dont know where to start from, I booked this hotel as a 4* but condition is literally a 1*. The decor in the rooms have to be changed asap it looks and smells like its 500 years old. Very Disturbing. Please do not rate your hotel as a 4* if you cant even have clean furniture. Theres no need to upload photos of everything in the room. The important part for me is the bathroom. Hygiene... have a look for yourself. 4 nights cost me £400.
