  Quiet, clean, friendly and cosy

  Quiet, clean and cosy, with friendly and responsive customer service. Ill book again on my next visit! Ill feel comfortable to visit on a solo visit - felt safe and comfortable. My only suggestion is the option of paid movies for cold wintry Toowoomba nights

  Relaxing Getaway

  The City Motor Inn is in a perfect location for visitors to Toowoomba. My friend and I were given a warm welcome and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is clean and quiet and the rooms are very comfortable, including the beds. We loved the Continental breakfast available in the lovely bright breakfast room. We enjoyed our relaxing getaway and would definitely visit again.

  Pristine motel with super professional owners

  City Motor Inn on West St opposite the main hospital is well located, quiet and has all the facilities a business or leisure traveler needs for a stay in Toowoomba. The room has clearly been refurbished, has a microwave, kettle and utensils. Everything was spotlessly clean and puts your mind at rest particularly during the covid pandemic. I came specifically for Carnival...last weekend...but my visit made me appreciate how much Toowoomba has to offer, so will be back. Don't miss the Japanese Garden 3k up West St on the uni campus. It is breathtakingly beautiful and a world class attraction. Finally, the breakfast provided was value for money. Covid regulations apply throughout. The owners were helpful and friendly. Recommend highly. support local business in these difficult economic times.

  Overnight in Toowoomba

  All facilities above average standard, very clean and very well located. Parking a little erratic. Included breakfast was ample and of good standard. Was a little annoyed at sharp tone of co-manager over confusion of breakfast notification between myself and other manager, who when I was confirming breakfast was having a side conversation with another guest.

  Friendly, helpful owners. Very clean, well appointed and quiet rooms. Good, simple breakfast options. We have stayed here previously and will certainly stay again on our next trip to Toowoomba. Thanks Rob & Adam.
