  Delicious food in a comfortable hotel

  The hotel is a good place to stay in Khulna. It's right on the main drag, so walking about is much fun. The restaurant has delicious food, especially the Chicken Jafroji, the garlic naan, and the egg fried rice.

  Nice Hotel in Khulna

  Visited this hotel with a group in 2019. Everything was efficient and the room was spacious and clean. We ate in the restaurant where the service was great and the food good- excellent portions and good value. Breakfast the next day was fine. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (which you need to pay for...)

  It was a wonderful stay

  This is our second stay in this hotel after 5yrs. The stay was really good, no complaints except that they provide rug like blankets (which has fur). Im allergic to fur and they couldnt provide comforter. Otherwise everything was good. Loved the Faluda there (my husband had it everyday during the stay). The room was quite big and clean,washroom was quite clean too. The stuffs were helpful and the front desk stuffs were efficient and friendly too.

  Business Meeting

  Completely disappointed. It was my business meeting. Order some food during meeting, but the accompaniments along with the food was missing. Asked for it. Unfortunately got an answer from the Manager that we don't serve it. Being a reputation Hotel never expect such kind of answer. I was planning to put further meeting but dropped that idea due to their silly behaviour. I will never recommend to any one to visit this olace

  Worst hotel of Khulna

  Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will ever stay also. It was recommended by friends and family from Khulna, but it is not what it probably used to be. First of all, there is not ample parking spaces. Cars had to be parked outside with fear of getting stolen. Next the hotel furniture are all dirty and dusty. There were layers of dust in sofas, tables, chairs and also in Almira and other stuffs. The worst of all was the geyser system. The hotel doesn't have proper water heating system. During this cold winter I had to take shower in cold water. My mom, dad, wife and kids too. We took 4 rooms and none of the rooms had heating system. It is probable the also hotel who takes 300 taka per person per hour for using swimming pool and jacuzzi. Not that it has the best pool and jacuzzi in the world. It actually is very petty. But still they charged it. And the charge could have been justified if the pool and jacuzzi were clean. It was sticky, slippery and not at all maintained. I am never going to stay here again and also not recommending anyone for it too.
