  Nice place

  I was satisfied with the cleanliness in bed room and bath room. The security inside and outside in quite good. The staffs were very helping. Recommended for low cost budget. The hotel is also near to a few restaurant, bank and you can walk to the Kuching Waterfront in few minutes.

  just ok hotel

  the hotel have lift, but not function. i brought my family which is parent and veteran person, really not suitable because they might b used the staircase. the room too small. the price just ok. the aircond so cold. iron not enough, should wait for a long time.

  Value for money

  Basic hotel. If you are out most of the time and only need a place to sleep, this hotel should do fine but If you want to spend more time in the room, then choose a better hotel. The family room we stayed was quite clean. Location is a plus point as it is within walking distance to Kuching waterfront, a tourist hangout.

  A Good Stay

  Staying here for 3nights ( Room 409) and Alhamdulillah everythings were good. Spacious room with big enough bed, spacious bathroom with "mini" size closet. Friendly staffs, fast check-in, elevator worked good, basic amenities, free water bottle each day, close to main attarctions, restaurants and ATMs just steps away It was a good stay.

  Can't complain; a clean & comfy budget 'sleeping' hotel

  Cleanliness is very good, staff are willing to help and sincere about what they are doing. Overall a good budget hotel. Price is comparably low with other budget hotel in the city. For details, first of all, almost all budget hotels that are located on the waterfront (on other side of the 'Tunku Abdul Rahman' road or as they say 'jalan') are more expensive than this one. Of course, it is located at the western end of the waterfront, you have to take a 15-minute slow walk through the waterfront to get to the main bazar or popular meeting places, but this hotel comes with far better rooms, services and food places than almost all other budget hotels. It's safe, and there are no loud bar or music places downstairs to make your sleep difficult. And given the strict traffic management in Kuching city (lots of one-ways, and so on), it's best positioned to grab a Grab or taxi to get anywhere outside the city. Now, the cons are, they have no restaurant of their own and do not offer room service. The amenities are basic, they will not provide electric adapter, for instance. You don't have a common place like lobby or something like that to meet new people or relax. As fittings are old, ask the staff to make sure that things like toilet flash are working smoothly, I mean if you don't want them to 'fix' it everyday. If you plan to stay outside and visit sites during the day, that's good, but if you plan to spend a notable amount of time in the hotel, than you are not looking for this hotel. About food, we found up to 18 very good and budget food places very close this hotel and had all our meals in three of them. Restaurants open as early as before sunrise, and stay open till midnight. Lots of veg options are there.
