  A quiet and friendly property in Nizhny Novgorod

  I had checked in and a key was given ! Alas, it was wrong room key! I tried and saw a housemaid attempting to help me out. No common language between us. But, somehow, she understood the situation and had helped me in getting the correct room key and found the room also. I am surprised to see this kind of hospitality in Russia. The hotel is neat and clean and looked fresh with modern amenities and décor though the room size is small. I wonder Russia is such a huge country and why there is problem in room size everywhere!?!?!?! Anyway, I am happy to be here and will enjoy my stay for sure!

  A cozy brand-new hotel

  I stayed in Sova for two days during a business trip. The hotel is brand-new, with large comfortable rooms, good sound insulation so you can get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is more than sufficient, on the buffet table there are meals for anyone's taste, from vegetarian to fried chicken. There's also a good wi-fi connection everywhere in the hotel, including the lifts. The hotel is in a 20-minute drive from the railway station, although it is not the central part of the city. I'm definitely going to stay at Sova again on my next trip.

  Good Hotel

  Good personal. Breakfast time is convenient. Hotel is situated not very far from Nizhniy Novgorod metro station Gorkovskaya. Breakfast time is convenient. Very clean rooms and very quiet environment. Service is good.

  Very bad place

  I can't recomend this hotel. There are very noisy in the room. It means that you will hear everything from next room. I couldn't sleep 2 nights because of it. Very expensive breakfast. Personal said that it was include in room cost. But they asked me to pay for the breakfast. Price for breakfast was like half protocol tge room. Also it wasn't tasty. Coffee is terrible. Of you want to book hotel during Football Championship I offer to find another one.

  World Cup 2018

  Myself and my brother stayed at City Hotel Sova for 3 nights during the world cup as we was over there to watch England v Panama. The hotel was amazing and all staff was very friendly and polite. The room we stayed in was was clean and no faults found. We ate in the restraurant every night during our stay and the food was amazing. We cannot thank the staff enough. I would defiantly stay here again if i was to return.
