    Overnight on way to Prague

Booked this hotel as an overnight on route to Prague mainly because it looks new and value for money. Room is indeed new with new and comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, windows have no curtains so everyone can see what happens in the room if they wish to. Breakfast was sparse. We emailed ahead to check if there was Gluten free breakfast and told the chef was informed but no such thing happened. To be honest, a simple no will work for us as we don't expect every place to cater for our diet. The check in staff was very friendly though. Overall I feel the hotel is trying their best but relatively inexperienced and communication process is not well established.

Excellent value for money outside the city in an industrial park

After recent renovation better than O.K. Price is very reasonable. Easy tramp ride to the city for a day visit of Brno city center. Dinning area small. Breakfast rich an more than satisfactory. Rooms are pretty small with two single beds or a double bed. TV with English channels. Whatever you ask from the front desk make sure there is no extra charge.

Avoid it at all cost - untrustworthy, rude staff!!!

After all-day-long journey from Italy with my family I was told that my reservation (made via Booking several weeks earlier) was cancelled the same day (!!!!) because of invalid credit card (which is totally false - the card is valid). I was forced to look for another hotel at 10 p.m. The staff at the hotel was very rude and unhelpful. My theory about this? I saw several buses of tourists coming the same day - I think the hotel needed all rooms for them, so they simply cancelled my reservation. Shame, shame, shame!!!

    All about the Location

Stayed at this Hotel for the MotoGP 2019. Our room was in the recently renovated front part of the hotel. The room was small but comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot at all times of day. Our room did not have air-con, but when asked a fan was provided. Noise from the busy road was a problem if you were a light sleeper, but not really a problem for me. Breakfast was good, and it was great to see melon and fruit available. I like my coffee and it was OK, but it would have been nice to see a coffee machine at breakfast. The down side of the hotel was its location. It is is not in the City, but on a main road out of Brno, in a mainly industrial area. You could not just walk out of the hotel and have a choice of Bars and restaurants. The nearest Bar/Restaurant was in Modrice (Penzion U Travnicka ) which is one tram stop, or about a 20 to 30 minutes walk from the hotel. For getting into Brno, the tram stop is only 100 yards away. The number 2 tram takes you to the main station of Hlavni Nadrazi, or you can get off at Porici. The Porici stop is near Mendle Square and the Starobrno brewery. The fee bus to the Motogp runs from Mendle square . The public transport system is very good and it was a 20 minute trip to the main station and cost 35kc. The Hotel does miss a trick in not having a bar/ restaurant open at night. The provision of drinks from a vending machine is not what I would expect from a 3 star Hotel. Car Parking was provided at extra cost if required. We did not hire a car as we understood that parking in Brno was difficult and expensive. I found the Hotel good, the reception staff helpful , and it was a comfortable place to stay. For me it is all about the location. The choice of being in the city and having everything close , or out of the City and having to travel, to go sightseeing or visit the bars and restaurants. My recommendations would be. If you dont like road noise ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Take a travel kettle and cups.

    Simply disgusting

Simply disgusting. They will just offer the minimum possible and sell it like if it was gold. They offer accommodation for long term as well. You can expect overcharged monthly bills for utilities (yes, there is a part of your monthly rent designated to it, 400 CZK which is a joke) with no explanation at ll about how it was calculated. No support whatsoever in anything you might need, things will broke and they will take months to repair them. Refundable deposit in the following two months since the apartment was left? forget about it as well, as soon as they have their keys back they will disappear and won't answer to you anymore. Save yourself some time, and look for real professionals and not scammers.
