  Reasonable price

  The room was generally spacious. However, it was not very clean - there are dirt on the table, stains on the bed and the kettle was leaking. Overall, a reasonable price for the size of the room but cleanliness can be improved.

  Total Rip-off

  A deposit of $100 was demanded even though I had already paid in full. I was assured that this would be returned in a few days. That was a week ago, and I am still waiting. Dont trust these people, dont stay here, dont do business with them. I never will again!

  Unclean

  Stayed here for a night during business travels across Vic. Had chosen this place for location and because it had a washer and dryer. Firstly check in required a bond, as I had paid in full and no mention was made on the extensive contract between myself and the 3rd party website, this was a bit weird... Studio room was very small and tv couldnt be watched from bed, or from the lounge without some extensive contortionist behaviour. Toilet had faecal remnants from previous guests, and long black hairs in it... Washer is a European washer/dryer combo, no instruction manual, however was and dry took 3 hours... thats a lot of energy!! On street parking is a nightmare, and I refuse to pay another $15 or so (15% extra on top of accommodation) for a car park suburbia. Car park was almost empty, so I am not the only one thinking this. Anyway, something I rarely say, but I wouldnt return here again.

  it should be ok for short stay

  we helped friends booking this accommodation. front staff polite and easygoing to be honest the balcony not clean with food dirt. location convenient but noisy outside. good thing is gave small tips ,get free parking. It is OK for temporarily short trip accommodation.

  Run down, dirty and smelly

  The whole facility was run down, dirty and just tired looking. Nothing at all like the photos on the website. Rubbish on the front steps, dirty glass front doors, but the main problem was the room. The walls were covered in marks and dirt, but primarily the worst thing was the overwhelming smell of the room. It stank like someone had been chain smoking in there for years and even with the aircon going and balcony door wide open, nothing would dissipate the horrible stench. It was almost enough to make me vomit.
