  Stayover

  Ok hotel for a stayover on your way south. Not far away from the highway. Simple breakfast which is not included. You have to pay for parking. The receptionist was helpfull and came after closingtime to lock us in.

  Poor service for too much money

  The owner of Hotel Promenade in Bad Homburg tries to save many in many ways so he does not offer the service he promises. For example he turns off the heating during the night. This way he saves his money but I got sick as it was very cold in the room during the night and I had to pay my money to buy medicine later. He also turns off Wifi during the night so you can't use it 00:00 to 07:00. At our arrival, when I told him that we'll arrive 1 hour sooner as agreed, he was screaming into the phone like a mad person as he wasn't even in the hotel at the recepcion. It's not even a hotel, there are citizens living next to your room. Avoid Hotel Promenade in Bad Homburg if you can.

  Very high price. very bad service. Dirtytooms, Do not stay here even if its the last hotel left on the planet.

  This Hotel/Apartment is one of the worst place i have ever visited abroad. Price is very high.As soon as you enter Hotel. they will take all money. Later they will forget you once you paid all amount. Worst breakfast. stale food. Worst Internet. Worst Rooms, smelly rooms, stinky rooms. They will close heating during coldest times. Worst service ever seen. Very rood Hotel staff. Do not stay here even if its the last hotel left on the planet.

  Strange place

  Check in was effective and the parking was reserved. The room was strangely styled, the bath and toilet was a large cupboard. The room was smelly and cold. Above us seemed to be a school of wrestlers or something very busy. Price was steep for this place compared to others in BH.

  Lying staff

  I had my hotel confirmation as reserved it using a valid credit card. The owner 2 days later said that credit card invalid(which is a lie) and cancelled my. Okking. Now he has put it up at higher prices. He was basically lying as I had booked in advance and got good rate. He wants to charge more money and cancelled my confirmed reservation. When I called to ask he said what is the problem. Go book another hotel
