  Amazing Stay at the Heart of Mahabaleshwar

  First of all, there are 2 things that make this place special: a) Location b) Staff Courteousness Brahma, one of the staff members took special care of us and gave us the best service, sometimes even without us asking for it/expecting it. I have visited this place 2nd time so far and the place is still as clean as a hotel can get, great staff, good food, great location. Thank you Citrus for taking such good care.   Excellent service

  Location is very nice.Even food is very tasty.Must visit.Brahma Rathod is very polite and committed to his work.He gives best service and is very kind.It is near to market so it becomes easy to visit to the market.Dal meethi is very tasty.Go for it!

  With a prime location in Mahabhaleshwar, just 2 mins walking from the market, Citrus Chambers, part of the Citrus Hotel group is a home away from home. The hospitality and service is underrated by many. The staff and managers are warm, courteous, and welcoming. Rated as a 3-Star hotel, the service and experience is nothing less than a 5-Star. Our reps Kiran & Dhiraj made sure that our mini honeymoon was experienced in the best ways possible. The food is finger licking good. The gourmet head Rajesh made sure our wants were addressed and fulfilled. Make sure you plan a stay once at this prime spot if you ever visit Mahabhaleshwar. You're sure to remember the experience and tell others of it just like me.

  Excellent hospitality,and well trained staff.kids friendly food

  I booked suite for two days nd extended later to 6 days as my kids r enjoyed a lot.good play area nd lot of space for kids to play.spacious room .hotel is located at Central part and walkable distance to market .very supportive staff specially at food section ,mr Brahma is amazing guy and taken care of everything about d kids food .my kids got everything they wanted .suite interior needs to improve a little more but we can overlook if we compare the other services provided by hotel. All staff is well trained and having good attitude.buffet systems provides a good food options. A good resort to stay with family and kids.my kids are enjoyed a lot and got friendly with all staff

  My Daughters first trip

  We were looking to take our daughters first trip and our priority was only and only Safety. Well citrus didnt disappoint us and we were really happy we chose to stay here. The chef Mr. Lingam and his team were really happy to serve and cook as per her needs which made us really stress free. Even the food options though limited but were really good. The dosa counter chef (Mr. Santosh) was good too. Special mention for Mr. Brahma (the manager) and his team for their hospitality, arrangements and taking care of us and our baby during the stay. This was our third stay here and we would definitely return. Thank you to the team of Citrus Chambers Mahabaleshwar
