  Good access to Jababeca Industrial Area

  Reasonable hotel as in this area. Good foe male guests, but not so recommended for female guests. Japanese style Breakfast will be served. Reasonable taste. I hated the most was the smoking smell, but otherwise the room was spacious and convenient location will help you to go Jababeka Industrial Area.

  Ask for a room with a window

  I booked my room for two nights. First night they gave me a room without a window and the lighting was very dark kind of feeling. My first night wasn't very enjoyable because I felt many mosquitoes around. Next morning I talked to the manager and he agreed to upgrade my room with a window without any charge. I felt very satisfied and the new room was so much better. If you decide to stay here, always ask for a room with a window. There is no more jacuzzi. Only a mini gym and small sauna room that takes time to heat up. Breakfast is Japanese style because most of the guests here are Japanese. Room service was very convenient and all the staff were very friendly.

  Weird hotel

  Room is clean but old. Japanese breakfast is quite good. But the hotel is weird. I think the hotel never give any extra services. Just check in and out. 2 weird incidents happened to me. First, I asked for extra blanket and pillows through the phone, and later a female worker came to our room and looking confused asking me what did i ask for. So i asked for extra blanket dan 2 pillows. She asked me is it extra bed? I said no, just blanket and 2 pillows. And then she went away and not long after that came a male worker (looks like a manager). He came together with the female worker and asked again what did i want. And for the third times i explain that i need extra blanket and 2 pillows! He looking puzzled asked me what kind of blanket and I need to explain any kind of blanket will do. Just gimme my extra blanket and pillows! After 3x asking they finally gave me my extras. And for the whole time i use bahasa indonesian. I'm from jakarta and i'm indonesian. Why cant they understand what i was talking about? Definitely not because of language barrier. Second, the last day, I called to ask for late check out. The person on the phone said sure. I asked again until what time can i stay. He said anytime. Later just drop by the front desk when i want to checkout. I asked what time is the maximum time for late checkout. He said anytime. *this is getting weird, no hotel have no max time*. I said if i do that will there be additional fee? He said yes there will be. I said thats why i asked for a late checkout. A few 1-2 hours shouldn't get a extra fee. With a very puzzled voice he said later talk again. Later call again. And hang up the phone. After that I quickly asked my husband to finish up his work and quickly get me out from that hotel. Totally creeped me out.
