  Staff still has to learn a lot about hospitality.

  It's o.k. if you want to stay here for a short visit, But not if you're staying here for over 10 day's like me, The facilities are up to western standard, so that's o.k., The hotel doesn'tt provide a proper internet access: the WiFi is failing all the time. That can be rather annoying if you have to keep in touch with your friends. family or business. Even after 10 day's none of the staff, including front-desk is able to address me in a proper way and still only call me Mister. Don't blame the staff they are trying hard, it's the inflexibility of the management causing this.I don't feel the general authentic Indonesian warmth and hospitality as for example in Hotel "Cyclop",a hotel just as modern as this one only 1 km from here. Only the quality of the food is better at Cityhub.

  Worth to try !

  Staying at this Citihub Hotel for one night. Arrived in Sentani airport at 06.00 in the morning, take Damri to the city for Rp. 50.000, and stop at Toyota Showroom near Jalan Baru Abepura. Walk for about 10 minutes and arrived at Citihub. The hotel itself is good, no complained. But the WiFi is very sucks. If you need to keep in touch with the internet, i'm not recommending this hotel

  Not central located hotel

  Was in Jayapura for business trip, stayed at this hotel for one night, and found that I have chosen the wrong location. It is not centrally located hotel if your main destination around city center, it takes about more than 30 minutes by car to reach the central area. The hotel service itself was standard hotel. But one thing that bother me that they didnt provide bedroom slipper like any other hotels do. Room was small, too much space for bathroom that makes the bedroom too small. I dont see any benefit for giving the large bathroom floor for guest, unless the hotel serves it with complete toiletries. The toothpaste was expired, didnt came out when the tube pressed, thought they have stored it for years. Breakfast was standard, but they have good black coffee and I think I have found the Papua coffee in this hotel.

  Hotel located near by Batik shops and amazing fish culinary restaurants

  Hotels located 30 minutes from the Sentani Airport-Jayapura, and close to Papua batik shops. Travel around the city is enough to do in a day, so it is suitable for anyone who do not have much time. There is amazing view from Mac. Arthur's peak because of beautiful scenery of Jayapura city, seaport, and also Sentani Airport from the peak.

  Business

  This hotel made disappointed. It is contrary between price vs facilities and services. Small room, no tissue, limited breakfast and poor service with the hotel staff didn't know what to do when I ask why the breakfast was not complete. So please don't stay at this hotel
