  Respectable Place

  Its clear this isnt the best place. But the rooms were good and had what I expected for what I paid. You may want to check your A/C unit in the room cause some work better than others. Staff is friendly and helpful, ours was very funny a bit verbose, but a pleasant experience. The restraint is t great but you get meal tickets that cover even steak and eggs for breakfast. Thats a big plus.

  Horrible

  Checking in, rude and terrible customer service. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels through out the South West. This is the worst by far. This hotel is part of Buffalo Thunder. We stayed there last year, it was wonderful. Upon check in to this hotel, we waited 45 minutes, one customer ahead of us. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and she told me I needed to be patient. I have thousands of family members who reside in new Mexico, I'm telling them never to stay here!!!!!

  Yikes

  Ok. so, ive stayed in lots of hotels. This one is by far the creepiest and scariest. Please put signs for how to get around the hotel! #s on the outside. Anything really to help a tired night driver find their room. I missed the turn into the parking lot because it looks like a dark alley at night. I did not feel safe. The back parking lot has lots of trees too. It is not welcoming or inviting. It is hella scary back there!!! The inside is... Uh... Well its not what I expected and its pin drop quiet. The smoking circle in the center between the 2 buildings was nice... Except for the darkness. I know. I sound crazy right? That's what I thought too until I went down stairs to get a snack from the vending machine and was almost ran directly into by a man who looked like a meth head. He was standing close behind me. The vending machine wouldn't connect for at least 5 mins so I dont even know if I was charged because I left before it would connect. I didnt want to be close to this guy. I was worried he was going to grab for my card. He was creepy and Thankfully security tried to move him along. I would not recommend this hotel to women traveling alone. There are just too many flaws in the safety at this hotel.

  Family Weekend Getaway

  We went for a quick little family getaway for the weekend and it was a good location for everything we had planned. We were able to pay a good price for the room, it was in good clean condition, and service was good. The TV was a little different as far as trying to get it to work right. But we finally figured it out. It was right next to the casino which was convenient for my husband and I to sneak away for a bit of adult fun. We enjoyed our stay and will come back soon!

  Roach Motel

  This hotel was not what we expected. According to previous reviews, the rooms had been remodeled. Not ours. I couldnt even figure out how to work the shower. It had a typical handle but apparently you have to twist the knob on the front of the handle. I had to call the front office for a toilet paper roll holder. While the maintenance worker was there, I told him the sink also was not draining. He supposedly fixed it but later that night it still wasnt draining. There was also a hanger under the sink. Not sure about the purpose other than maybe someone got locked in the bathroom because the lock on the door was broken/ missing. There was an antique refrigerator and phone in the room. The curtains appeared to be eaten by moths. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach taking a nap on the bathroom floor. The shower looked like it had mold in the grout and the tile between the shower and the shower was broken. The AC was coming away from the wall and was taped up with masking tape. would not recommend this hotel!!!!
