Fine hotel but double rip off ruins the experienceBooked without breakfast and told the ladies at the reception I wouldn't do breakfast, only to find out next morning that I paid for what I didn't want. Without option the card reader made a dynamic exchange, so I paid in Euro instead the local currency. On the statement it says I was informed and made the choice myself. It's a shame, I really liked the place until I found out.

Nice interior but it's lackingI have mixed feeling about this hotel. The hotel itself is stationed in a great place in Wroclaw, not that far from the downtown area. It also seemed to be new and the interior design was modern. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was okay, not the best that I've had. On the downside, the elevator was broken, like I said it seemed to have been a new hotel and it's probably not their fault that the elevator broke down. But that was not the only thing I didn't like about that hotel. There was no AC in the room and we stayed there at the end of July and it was extremely warm in the room. The last thing was the staff. The girl who checked us in was great and helpful but when I got down to get breakfast in the morning the door to the breakfast hall was closed even though the breakfast had started, there was no one in the reception and I could hear the staff talking loudly in the back. It would've been nice if the reception staff would have at least said good morning. I don't think I will book a room there again, the experience wasn't that great.

Very good hotel for everything+ Elevator even if it has 4 floors; we stayed at a lot of hotels without and we had to carry luggages on the stairs Recently renovated building; practically it s a 4 floors comunist flat transformed into a hotel 20 minutes on foot to city center (1,5 km) 10 minutes by tram to city center (3.4 zlot (0.8 euro)/person/ride; you pay by card in the tram on a digital device in 5 seconds) Modern furniture Private 50 cars parking with CCTV (35 zlot/day = 8.2 euros) Free parking on the street near a football terain Simple and good breakfast; fresh coffee from beans grinded on the spot (Tcibo) The room very clean, comfortable, large 35 square meters, equipped with TV, microwave oven, water boiler, hair dryer, soap dispensers Internet with stable connection ,18 MB/sec upload and download Cleaning made everyday Lidl supermarket at 5 minutes (400 m) Zapka market at 1 minute (50m) - After a day in witch it rained very hard the sealing got wet in a small portion near the tv -

BEWARE !!!This hotel immeditaly debits your credit card in foreign currency even if you ant to pay in PLN. Mkases it 7% more expensive on our GBP - denominated credit card. A sharp practice at best if not not quite illegal in Poland yet. Service so-so. Good location for Old Town. WiFi OK. Room not quite up to standard on arrival. Could do better.

No A/CI checked-in at 00.15 am. My room was at 27ºC or more. I called to the reception and they informed that there was no A/C and they sent me a fan to the room. I had to sleep with the window open, but had to close it at 4.30 when the sun rose and because of the noise coming from the street. I had reservation for one more night, but I decided to change to another hotel. They refused to refund me the second night. It was impossible to be in a room at 27ºC minimum. In the morning, I found operators, cables and noise because they were installing the A/C in the building.
