  Very close to the restaurant

  They have many Japanese restaurant close to the hotel. Convenient to take a subway as well. The quality of breakfast is not so good , I expected more kind of steamed vegetables. The bathtub is not enough to sink the whole body.

  Very Satisfied Stay

  I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with the necessary amenities, equipped with complete set of kitchenware. Location is acceptable with 10min walk to nearest subway station and surrounded with shopping malls. We particularly love the coffee machine near the front desk, which you could have a free flow of drinks and sit & relax a bit whenever you step into the hotel's lobby. We have arranged a room in higher floor which an amazing view of Suzhou Central building. Unfortunately, the power was tripped during the 1st night and immediately they moved us to a lower floor and blocked most of the view. But this wouldn't affected our stay at all. Overall, another great stay in Ascott property and Suzhou is a beautiful city.

  Clean & tidy

  Tidy and clean. Kitchen has all set of utensils. Breakfast is ok. Transit is within 10 minutes walk. 15 mins walk to Su Zhou Centre. There are few restaurants nearby but it is recommended to go to Su Zhou Centre for choices.

  Excellent and Super Clean TEN STARS!!

  If you are visiting Suzhou, it is an excellent place to stay. I stayed her for 4 nights and absolutely loved everything about this place. The Aparthotel is like an apartment where you get a kitchen to cook anything you want (with your own stuff of course). They have refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, everything that makes you feel like home. The place is sparkling clean, thanks to the everyday cleaning service that they offer. The family mart is just downstairs (1 minute walk). The hotel staff is super friendly. The receptionist could understand English and helped me in plenty of ways to go around. I am a vegan and they were kind enough to offer me to bake special eggless bread for breakfast. They did provide me with things that I could eat out of their extensive breakfast spread, most of which I couldnt eat being vegan. Very kind people, lovely cleaning staff, and everything about the place is nice. The helper at the main door was super helpful. He always helped me hail a taxi, reception lady even booked a few for me via her didi (Chinese Uber), as mine was not working. This is the place I would love to stay again...Ten stars to them!

  Value for Money

  Compact 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We requested a room on a high floor and had amazing views. Breakfast for 1 person was included in our room rate & we paid a small charge for a 2nd person. Breakfast was a buffet with the option of a made to order hot item which seemed to change daily. There was a good choice of both hot & cold items on the buffet and fresh food was regularly brought through from the kitchen. About 5 to 10 minutes walk to the metro station and 10 to 15 minutes to the shopping mall with some good restaurants. Staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the in room safe and the duty manager plus an engineer resolved the Robles very promptly. It was the first time we had used this chain and I would certainly book with them again.
