  Comfortable stay

  Enjoy the stay at Citadines. Service was extramile. Was stay here on business trip but we had fun during this stay. Especially front desk staff Shobina and security lawrence. They make our stay here very pleasant and comfortable.They were friendly and helpful.Overall awesome.Hats off team.

  Don't stay here for SHN!

  I thought this would be a great place to stay for SHN, but it was just one problem after another. To be fair, the room was clean and as advertised and the staff was very kind and helpful, if somewhat clueless, but the problems just kept piling up. For starters, the internet was completely unreliable. And not just everything works or it doesn't, it was like some sites would work and others wouldn't at the same time. Give it 10 minutes and things would be different. I could have YouTube open in one tab and get HD video and yet I couldn't get an audio call or even download a PDF in another tab even after closing YouTube. I called *daily* to their internet support, and even after 2 weeks, they couldn't make it work. Isolation for 2 weeks with crappy internet was awful. For this reason alone I cannot recommend to anyone to stay here. But that's not all. The cordless phone didn't work, and eventually the normal phone didn't work either. I had to call three times to get that fixed. I asked for a way to wash the floor and they'd bring a mop with no bucket or detergent. The showerhead started failing the second day I was there. I'd ask for AA batteries and get AAA. If you're looking for a big room in a quiet place, this worked out. Just don't expect working internet or phones, or much of anything else. In fact, just don't stay here. It's not worth the hassle.

  Best staying experience

  We have been staying in Citadines for almost 2 months, the Rooms and service provided extremely overwhelmed. I like to thank front office staffs with their support thru out our staying especially Ms Shobana. Mr Haridass

  Friendly staff

  My family has 2 adjoining bedrooms for stay home notice. The view was lovely, with tall window along the length of the living room & bedroom. The front desk staff were friendly & responsive. Extra amenities were promptly delivered upon request. Internet connection can be spotty though.

  Quarantine stay

  Had to stay here 12 days for quarantine. Staff were so friendly and helpful given all the challenges. Well done all. Thank you for making something very difficult just a little bit easier. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and careful to make everything good
