  Linda estadía !!

  Me encanto ! Un hotel muy lindo , limpio elegante , muy bien ubicado ,el personal amable y de rápida atención , habitaciones cómodas ,con una linda vista desde el bar , no pude ir al gym por el tiempo , lo único creo es que no te ponen agua , solo la máquina de café y el agua te la obsequian todos los hoteles ,es básico , lo súper recomiendo.

  Great hotel in a great location

  I selected this hotel as a close to the Marlins Park where we went a Marlins vs Mets. The drive was close as we were leaving for Naples the following day. It was worth the night stay before we left the next day. Anthony and jennal at the front desk grea went above and beyond. At breakfast the food was excelle

  Not What It Used To Be

  Was here last year, loved it. Great hotel, staff, and surrounding area. Just stayed this weekend, and disappointed. Had to switch to a 3rd room due to tv not working and couldnt be fixed. Smell of pot on 2 different floors and in elevator. Staff was scarce and seemed like they needed more help. Joe at the front desk was great and worked hard. Was doing the job of 3 people. Since Sonder took over and leased rooms, the hotel has taken a nose dive.

  Disappointed

  My friend and I stayed for 9 days. I uploaded the app as instructed for Sonder for touch less check in. It took over an hour to access our room 2 reasons. I was sent 2 different room rm number/lock codes so we found out our room had been changed from 3rd fl to 8th fl. 2nd reason I booked and paid through hotels.com but we couldnt check in because the computer said funds had not been released by Expedia.com!!! The front desk person said shed never seen that and gave me the phone for me to try to fix the situation myself. Location is convenient to amenities. We had a suite with a great views. Floors were dirty, like your feet were black from walking around so we had to wear shoes around our suite. Poor customer service. We asked for toilet paper 3-4 times, we ended up buying our own. Garbage sat and piled up outside our door for days. We requested pickup multiple times, very loud with open windows but breeze was beautiful on wrap around balcony. Loved having a kitchenette with washer/dryer but at the end I can not say whether I would choose to stay there again....

  Overall great experience

  We stayed here for 3 days, 2 nightS in a studio with balcony. Overall we really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are modern. Great price & location. The pool was amazing! Easy check in and out. Luggage storage available. The only drawback was the balcony of our room was very dirty and we did not use or even leave the door open because it smelled like cigarettes. I would return here and look forward to booking other Sonder developments.
