  Beautiful Room Great staff

  Stayed with my wife in May 2019. We stayed in one fo the first floor rooms with a private pool. The room was phenomenal and beyond what we expected. The service from Martina, the front desk staff was wonderful with her helping whenever we needed and even cooking us breakfast in the mornings. The room is highly automated and run from an iPad. You can control mood lighting, humidity, temperature and the blinds. Layout of the room is great and was more than comfortable for us for 4 nights. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job ensuring that everything was really clean as well as picked up and the minibar restocked daily. They even stayed late when we couldnt get ourselves out of bed in the morning. The rooftop pool was under construction when we were there, but we ended up going to the beach instead. We did go up to the rooftop for breakfast 2 of the 4 days and the food was fantastic, a great mix of local and international cuisines prepared basically just for us. This hotel only has 5 rooms (hence the name) so all of the service feels tailored just to you. The only complaint that I have is that the in room pool had a cloudy white substance floating around the bottom of the pool. While enjoying the pool, I couldn't help but think about it being the remnant of the last couple who utilized the in-room pool. It may have been standard pool gunk, but I'd recommend the owners get a better filtration system or at least skim out the pool between guests to prevent this issue. Otherwise the stay was fantastic. We absolutely loved Polignano and will definitely be returning.

  Amazing Holiday!

  We are still here but wanted to write a review whilst in the midst of an amazing holiday. Everything about this place is perfect, we have stayed here 5 days in the room with a pool and cannot fault it on any level. Rosella is a truly amazing host, she has sorted all of our restaurants bookings and tours, everything with a warm smile and generous attitude. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning is such a treat, cold fruits meats and cheeses along with eggs and bacon if you fancy. Poligano itself is a magical town full of character and life. A most memorable holiday thankyou Team Cinquevite! Prego and grazia!

  Highlight of my trip

  The team at Cinquevite are amazing! I really loved my stay at Cinquevite and Polignano so much so, that I re arranged my holiday so that I could come back to Polignano at the end of my trip as well. I stayed in both the room with the private pool (which was very cool) and the room on the 1st floor which was huge had a beautiful view. The whole hotel has been beautiful designed and styled. The terrace was a great place to relax as well. The staff are a small team of very kind and welcoming people, I was travelling alone and they made me feel so warm and welcomed. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and was a great start to the day. They were very professional and accomodating. Location wise it was just a few steps to the main square and nice short walk to the beach. Highly recommend and I cant wait to go back!

  Little gem

  We were lucky that we found this hotel, it is truly a little gem. The staff were really friendly, our room was quirky and massive and we really liked the roof top pool. The only downside is the air con, but I suppose its too be expected in August. Polignano is especially pretty and well worth a visit . We would definitely stay here again.

  Delightful

  This gorgeous hotel served as a base for our family during our stay in Polignano a Mare and we could't be happier with our choice. The hotel is located in a classical building, beautifully and lovingly restored a few years ago. The final result is an elegant structure, where period features seamlessly intertwine with modern comfort facilities while the interior decoration speaks of impeccable taste.The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is super equipped, blending very well with the rest of the interior and the bathroom is simply gorgeous. Another charming side of this place is the roof top terrace - a perfect spot to observe the sunrise or the sunset, to enjoy the copious breakfast (plenty of options for a continental breakfast along with a plateau of fresh fruit and great coffee), to dip in the pool or to indulge in stargazing at night. The location is extremely convenient - on a charming square, both active and peaceful and cosy, walking distance to the city centre, old town and beach, free parking in proximity. All this made for a fantastic time but that was also thanks to the people who take care of this lovely property and its guests. Well before our arrival we were treated extremely kindly by the manager, who showed a lot of flexibility and understanding during the organisation of our trip. Once there we were delighted to meet the rest of the team who were very professional and helpful yet also kind, accessible and joyful. We feel very fortunate to have found this hotel that feels so much a loving home!
