Miserable stay - Beware! If I could post less than one star I would. This is the noisiest place we have ever stayed. We will never stay here again. We paid for a one bedroom for the week through RCI and we were given the small side of a lockout which cannot even be sold! We were moved to the adjoining suite on the second floor and were immediately subjected to a bunch of running teenagers overhead. We complained so the kids started walking but they stomped everywhere they went! Then we heard them laughing about it while out on the balcony. Never again! Horrible and miserable stay!

always a good time. we go often from VegasCibola Vista is so much fun and chill. The rooms, grounds and pools are well kept. Each building has a slightly different decor which breaks up any monotony. The family pool is busy on weekends, but weekdays, not really busy at all. Adult pool is nice as the bar is 20 feet away. Always meet new people at this pool. We've brought many friends and family to the resort, and they're never disappointed. People complaining about noise and people stomping on upper floors are ridiculous. Those issues are with the visitors, not the resort. Before COVID there was always activities going on. Horse back riding right across the street. Local restaurant support with discounts is huge. Haymaker is our favorite.

Cibola VistaStarting from check-in to check-out, there isn't anything I can say negative about Cibola Vista Resort, even with the construction that was going on. Upon arrival, I was greeted right away at the check-in counter and it went quickly. There was no pressure from the nice staff asking me to sit through their presentation. The rooms were clean and the amenities were all updated and working. Rooms were spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the size of the resort as well. It wasn't huge like some are, so easy to walk to the pools or front desk in a short amount of time. I would definitely go back. And the weather was perfect!

Beautiful Resort in DisrepairThis a beautiful resort is in a nice area in Peoria. Unfortunately, it hasnt been kept up well. The slide was broken and the tennis court cracked. The net was sagging and they didnt know how to fix it. Our 1 Bedroom unit was a nice size and well appointed but the fireplace didnt work and they couldnt fix it. The cupboard doors in the unit were loose as well as the shower door. The walls and ceiling are thin and we could hear the families above and beside us too easily. We were disappointed and felt as if it didnt deserve a gold crown designation.

Wonderful stay as alwaysWe visit every year and enjoyed our stay yet again. We were placed in building 9 but had some tasmanian devil children in the room above us (no fault to the kids, they were just enjoying their stay; however, we wanted to enjoy ours as well) so we asked to move rooms. We were originally told there would be a $75 cleaning charge as we did stay one night in the room. We spoke to a manager and were told the fee would be waived. We were moved to building 2 (first phase of the property) and it ended up being the same room we stayed in the first time we visited. Building 2 is closer to the adult pool (and cafe/bar) so it worked out just fine. ;) One concern we do have is that if they continue to add buildings WITHOUT adding another pool, it will soon be too crowded for an enjoyable stay. Tip: when checking in ask for extra coffee packets and popcorn (maybe enough for your whole stay)
