    Very Nice Place for family vacation

    Good atmosphere, very nice animation team - the one we experienced is called LIONS and was led by A Tunisian guy who was really grate! At night there is mini disco and different shows -like fire dance, some circus stunts like walking on broken glass and laying on nails etc. Performed by the team leader of the animators. The kids disco was really fun . Be aware to practice your Michal Jackson moves in Advance as you might suddenly end up on stage for some adult fun competition:) At the beach be you might try the wake boarding and family sofa water sports at the SIDERS water sports club-grate people and good equipment!

    Nightmare never ever

    We are confused and very disappointed.Every year we are visiting greece and different hotels but such situation never before. Drinks are diluted with water and taste poor, food quality is average and rest food from the lunch is prepared once to the dinner,quality is bad.The room cleaning unsatisfied and poor, without changing the towels.Stuff is not friendly and the manager from the hotel has following rules: It is not allowed to take more than 1-2 drinks for the rest of the family doesnt matter that you paid for all inclusive. According to him it is better to be drunk on the bar instead take care for the children and during the time 1person is ordering and bring for the rest of the family alcohol during the events.That means that the adults left the children alone to take some drinks although there overall boards with children must have adults supervision and it does not make sense :(

    This hotel saved our day!

    We didnt stay at this hotel, we stayed in Hanioti and had travelled to the beach at Paliouri on the local bus. Knowing we needed to bus it back we left the beach handy and made our way back to the main road, however, we came off the beach at a different point and ended up lost, walking with two children in the hot sun for what seemed like forever. Not being able to find the bus stop and being totally lost we found this hotel and made our way into the reception where a lovely member of staff, after we explained what had happened, rang us a taxi and found out what the price would be back to our hotel. We were so grateful as the next bus back wasnt for another 2 hours! Many thanks to the man in reception who helped us!!

    One bed apartment bed and breakfast basis

    Exceptionally clean hotel set in lovely gardens. Most guests were on an all inclusive basis but we chose to sometimes pay for lunch in the hotel or eat in local beach cafe. Staff very friendly. Plenty of sun beds round both pools. Apartment was spacious, and had sink, a fridge, kettle basic cutlery and crockery but no facilities to cook. Good for snacks and drinks only. Furniture is basic but comfortable. Each room has a tv. The balcony was very big and included a clothes drier as well as table and chairs. We had a car and visited local villages for supper. The receptionist recommended a boat trip lazy day cruise which was a good day out. We also went diving using the centre in the hotel which was excellent.

    NEVER AGAIN!!!

    I shall give you just facts, without mentioning any emotion! For a first time in my life ( and I am travelling a lot because of my work) on the day of arrival I was asked to pay on the spot in advance the whole amount for our AI 8 day family stay ( 2 adults + 1 child). We were in room 62, just next to the kitchen and the pool ( too noisy and smelly place to stay). Food: as quality and quantity "poor to middle" ( for the whole stay we had same assortment of salads and starters, very often you have to queue to wait for some meal. Beverages ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic) : awful to poor as quality and quantity! For instance I saw for a first time whiskey "Highland Bird" ?! Beach: depending on your room between 12-18 minutes walking distance per direction to the nearest beach! If you are without a car, and with small kid(s) this could be very "interesting". Facility location: in the middle of nowhere. The nearest village of Paliouri is at least couple of km away, so if you are without a car this could be a problem. Wrong guest concept: you can not put in one and the same mini building a couple of families with small kids next to a couple of groups of Polish teenagers! It as an absolute no go! I was forced to call the reception twice in the midnight because of my neighbors, who have decided to make a follow up party at home! 4 Star Hotel: absolutely no! I would not give more than 3 maximum. 8 day stay AI in apartment: just below 1100 EUR. For double of this amount on an early bird booking you could have much, much better stay in Greece P.S. Although we were in Greece, the sea food was missing?! This is something I could not accept!
