  This business does not exist anymore. It has closed down, but on the same premises there are self catering chalets, run by a different company. The chalets accept bookings into the night, and the eldish couple.that helped us was very friendly and swift in handling our booking.

  It's good for a place to sleep over - max two night stay

  The location suited us for why we were down there. The room was average. Disappointed that certain things were not working, the bathroom curtain was missing which meant there was no privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom, the light in the bathroom wasn't working, the hair dryer was missing, the blinds were broken. They were very quick to fix the light the next day, but these items should be checked before we arrive. Staff were friendly, but a bit disorganized upon our arrival. Not a place where you want to have to stay longer than two nights. They lack a cappuccino machine which was very disappointing.

  Awesome

  Neat and tidy with comfortable beds. Spacious room with sofas. A quiet place where you can hear the birds sing outside. out of town atmosphere gives you that feeling that you are on Holiday. Food served was also palatable.

  Looking a bit tired in some area

  Where do you start. We use to frequent this venue when it was under Management by Protea Hotels.It has changed hands and 1. The Caravan area is in a mess and only half completed 2. The Mineral baths are derelict . 3. Flower beds are taken over by weeds in some areas 4. The fountain is very dirty and all the fish are gone 5..The swimming pool area is kept in excellent condition 6 The restaurant is still in good condition and have an extensive affordable menu 7. The thatched roof need urgent attention on the outside 8 Rooms are clean and of a high standard 9. It is obvious that the very capable and friendly Management Team need support from the owners to be able to maintain this very large property.

  Need urgent attention

  Such unfriendly staff. It used to be very nice but lately not any more. The place need urgent attention. The grass and flower beds are covered with weed. The caravan camp needs attention. We use to go frequently but will not be going anymore.
