  Great week.

  What ,a great week at the Christakis,Studios and Sports Bar, lovely people and great atmosphere, rooms clean ,pool inviting food delicious served by friendly staff , Kim and Christina, Nikos and Chris, you looked after everyone. despite the cold and wind and rain on on last few days..Really enjoyed our stay, Linda and Linda.

  Pleasent stay

  Pleasant stay these studios are limited with space and are what they are a value a value for money stay They have maid service and rooms are made up every day with clean towels and beds made Cris and the staff do all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible Remember these are value studios for what you pay and are a good place to explore skiathos

  Fabulous Little Place

  We've recently come back from a 10 night stay at Christakis Apartments and Sports Bar and we had a fantastic time. Chris, Nicos and especially Kim are so welcoming and accommodating. Accommodation is basic but spotlessly clean (the lady who cleans the apartments is just lovely!), the rooms have a small kitchenette -but as there are plenty of restaurants and tavernas nearby we didn't use it other than to make tea in the morning, the beds are comfortable and the shower was brilliant with a powerful flow and not the dribble usually experienced in the Greek islands. The only potential drawback for some apartments was the steep hill to some of the apartments, if you have any mobility issues - I would request one of the lower level apartments, although the view from the top level is superb! The Christakis Sports Bar itself is a lively place which we enjoyed many a night in and also around Nicos' Cocktail Bar. The Sports Bar screens all major sports events, hosts bingo, pub quizzes, live bands and even film showings for the ladies! Food is served pretty much all day which we ate there on a number of occasions and Chris's mamma's homemade chips are the best on the island! During the day the lovely pool is relatively quiet and we never had a problem with getting a sunbed. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk as is the bus stop which takes you all over the island and into Skiathos Town (2 each) and runs every 15 minutes. We met people who return year after year and we now understand why, it's definitely somewhere we will be returning to again.

  Loved our week here

  Just got back (yesterday) from a week in Skiathos and our stay at the Christakis was fab. We visited as four couples and this was our first trip to the island - it certainly won't be the last. Although the rooms are basic the place is made special by the welcome and care you receive from Chris and the staff. Have to give a big shout out to Kim and Denise who looked after our every need and were good company every day. They gave us good advice about things to do and getting around the island and also arranged taxis and boat trips for us. The rooms are kept very clean by the housekeeper who works extremely hard. The beds are comfortable and sheets/towels are changed regularly. The Sports Bar is very popular and appears to be 'the place' to go for entertainment especially watching any sports event. The food served here is excellent with the English breakfast and the Sunday Roast my particular favourites. Lots of other tavernas near by and it's only a ten minute stroll (past a couple more tavernas) to Troulos beach which is really nice. Plenty to do and see around the island and easy to catch the bus in Skiathos town where you can visit the marvellous Blind Dog. Danny and Zoe are the best duo I've ever seen - you will be amazed. If you just wanted to chill then there were always beds available at the pool side. All in all a holiday that will leave us with many happy memories or a long time.

  Great place

  Stayed here for 10 days with my sister, the apartments are self serving but they are fully stocked, so there's nothing to worry about, it's a great place to stay and enjoy the sun! The staff are lovely and so helpful
