  Visit to Bangkok stay for quarantine

  The hotel looked very nice in the pictures, however it wasn't very pleasant as we reached. The food was particularly bad and smelled. The WiFi was very bad and we could hardly connect to it and when we did it didn't work very good. The staff wasn't very nice and location is not so good. It is in a rural area with nothing near to it.

  Stayed here from 1st September 15nights during quarantine period in Thailand Room very clean staff helpful definitely bring things to occupy yourself and any extra snacks you can get I'm not gonna pick faults as its not easy for everyone just gotta deal with it but leaving happy enough

  much worse than the photos showed

  This hotel was a bad choice for ASQ 15 day quarantine. The staff do not speak English well, and are very unfamiliar with normal facilities of international hotels and travellers. Lack of English competence amongst the daily staff was frustrating, and when i called on the phone, I had to wait until someone who spoke English was available to answer or call back. I only chose this hotel over others because the room had a normal sized refrigerator (about 180L capacity) instead of a minibar fridge, as I brought my prescription medicines and some chilled and frozen food for my long stay in Bangkok. Problems: Firstly, I could not get a knife with which to eat meals, and was told to use a spoon and fork for everything. After repeated requests and hours later they decided that they could supply a plastic knife! ... to eat western type meals. Secondly, I asked for teabags to be supplied, and was told that no teabags were available! Every other hotel I checked out in Bangkok listed tea and coffee supplied as standard. Only this hotel did not have everyday tea available. Tea-drinkers be aware! Thirdly, I asked for toasted bread with my cooked Western breakfast, and was told that toast was not available. After repeated complaints, they finally sent some pale-toasted white bread with butter and jam! It took a lot of repeated requests. Fourthly, I asked for a proper mug for making tea and coffee, and after a long exchange, a porcelain mug was sent. There were no glasses or clear plastic with which to drink water or juice drinks. Fifthly, I asked for hand soap, mini-soap bars as are standard with most hotels, and was told to use shower gel to wash hands. I was told that they could buy some for me at my own cost. Sixth, I asked for a kitchen tea-towel for drying cutlery and containers, and was told that there was nothing available. After repeated complaints, a small 25cm square micro-fibre towel appeared. Seventh, the room I checked into had a hand basin with a plug that did not close. This made washing underwear and T-shirts impossible. After further inspection by their maintenance man, they decided to change my room. The new room showed signs of poor cleaning and maintenance. There was long black hair on the tiled floor and on the bedding, possible from an inattentive room maid. The fridge was iced up and looked like it had not been defrosted or cleaned for a long time. Lastly, the balcony which they described as usable, was not at all serviceable because the balcony floor was covered with pigeon droppings that had not been cleaned for an age. I noticed that pigeons frequented the balcony railing and soiled the balcony at will. Therefore not suitable for sitting or standing at the balcony. Moreover the fittings were old and the towels supplied were threadbare and sometimes a bit tattered! Replacement towels are needed. The shower head was scaled up and needs maintenance. In view of all these shortcomings, I can only recommend using this hotel as a last resort. There was a nurse station in the hotel, but they did not call to take temperature checks. They asked the guest to check their own temperatures with a thermometer supplied, and to send this data by LINE.
