Filthy disgusting hotel should be demolishedNo matter how cheap the hotel might be there are limits to the filth and outdated interior you can put up with. In hindsight I wouldve been better sleeping on the street than spending time in this hotel. I am not sure who they are trying to cater to, but he cannot be human beings. WIFI useless AVOID

This place is absolutely awfulThis is the first hotel in my entire life that I have stayed in where only hot water--and I mean hot--ran out of BOTH faucets. No cold water. That alone made it awful. Then they make you pay a 500 baht deposit--cash only, of course--for your key when you check in. Yeah, it costs $16 in Chiang Mai to make a new key if it gets lost. The hotel is dark and dank, so if you are in a good mood when you check in, you won't be for long. The only thing I can say good about the place was the breakfast, which was pretty good, but no coffee there or in your room. Take a big pass and go somewhere else.

Unfriendly service & bad facilitiesThere was no toothpaste, toothbrush, and hairdryer in the room. They said that because it was a standard room, but the price was 2650 Thai Bath (10,000 Japanese Yen) for two nights. The room was quite old and the wall was broken. The free WiFi was terrible and the air conditioner was too noisy.

Feels like North KoreaIf you want to experience (stereotypical) North Korean vibes outside of North Korea, book a night here. Everything is super stiff and its got a very weird vibe. Just stayed for 2 nights thankfully and didn't do anything there other than sleeping, showering and using the toilet. Spent most of the time with friends in Nimman from early mornings to late night to see as little of this horror movie as possible. Oh and it didn't have hot water.. But I couldn't have been bothered to complain.

Shabby and dirtyOur friends booked us at this hotel. Yikes what a nightmare. The hotel hallways and room are in need of some cleaning and repair. There was hair in the tub and mold ringing the tub caulking. The rugs and upholstery are stained. The woodwork is dirty with fingerprints. Furniture is chipped and shabby. We have been here 5 nights. The third night we were awakened by a couple next door who entered their room while yelling and slamming doors. Then they tried to get into our room through the pass through doors. Had to call front desk on them. The problem is, almost none of the hotel staff speak English. Finally staff came to our room. Had to pantomime the problem. They then went to speak with the couple next door. Yesterday the safe said low battery as we closed it for the day. When we returned the safe was dead and we could not open. It was impossible to try to explain to the staff what the problem was. They sent up a housekeeper who knew nothing. She then got someone who came to look. They didnt know what to do. Brought up someone else who had a device. But then he said he didnt know how to work it and we needed to wait until the next morning. The next morning different staff came. One could speak Englishthe manager. Finally they opened the safe then they replaced the safe with a different one. Finally, as we have travelled the past 4 weeks throughout SE Asia, the hotel staff have always been friendly and helpful. Here, they are on their phones, dont look up when you pass by reception, do not greet you when you come in, etc. Would not recommend this hotel for English speaking travelers.
