  DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!

  If you wish to feel that you are giving away your money to obnoxious owners who are experts in the field of scamming, then this is the place for you!! We were offered slightly discounted rates, which I thought was fair enough, considering the fridge for the minibar was not switched on, on arrival, numerous light bulbs were broken, and there is no reception or service after 6pm. We were informed that the rate included breakfast, ( we had two rooms, one with a 4 year old child, one with a 5 year old child) and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were kindly seated, and breakfast duly served, with the owners sat nearby, keeping a close eye on us, in the hope that we wouldn't order an extra coffee or piece of toast. The breakfast itself was shameful!! 1 piece of old, part boiled ham, undercooked eggs and a " plastic" sausage. Upon completion of breakfast, we were then informed that we had to pay for breakfast for the two children, at 220 baht each, for a breakfast they hardly touched, partly as a result of their young years and partly because of the disgusting quality of what was on offer!!! After complaining to the manageress who then consulted the owners, we were told that there is no difference between adults and children when it comes to dining. ( Really?? Please take not most 5 star establishments) They were insistent on getting there extra 440 baht, without giving any consideration of what effect this might have on future business, considering the fact we run a tour and travel business in Chiang Mai. Facilities at the hotel are at the bare minimum and service leaves alot to be desired. In view of the above, I HEREBY REITERATE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND ARE AGAINST THE NOTION OF BEING ROBBED AND CHEATED!!

  Peaceful, Quiet and Great Food.

  i stayed here for one night in Deluxe room. The room are clean and comfortable. Bedding set so nice and comfortable like you stay in the high quality hotel. The resort area surrounded by green grasses and teak tree and if you walk to the pond closed there have small putting green. Here is the best place to watch sunset with Doi Luang Chiang Dao background. The food also good too their restaurant served Thai and Western food i recommend to dinner here. Caesar Yummy! Chiang Kham Luang is a perfect for holiday we really enjoyed our stay.

  I have good memories

  Nice and quiet resort. Great view. We can see Doi Chiangdao from the restaurant. The bed in our room is very comfy. The owner is very friendly. He suggested us where to go in Chiangdao. He must know local area a lot. We will definitely go back there if we have a chance. I think it is the best accommodation in Chiangdao

  Lovely room and grounds

  Stunning grounds and room on a beautifully landscaped property. Also very good restaurant with terrific views to Doi Chiang Dao, and much of the produce grown on the grounds. Downside was TV only had very limited Thai channels, and no wifi in rooms. Wifi also very shaky in common areas. If you're u can live without these th Ngs then this place is brilliant.

  Nice quiet weekend stay

  Some friends arrange a trip to this resort off season so we had the whole place to ourselves. It has about 60 Rai of land and grounds n the midst of teak trees with great views of the mountains. The food was excellent value and good quality. They bikes to freely use around the resort. No swimming pool though. Ideal weekend retreat.
