  Great location and very professional management

  Ive stayed at Chevron Palms on two different occasions and each visit I was very impressed by the quality of the accommodation and management. The apartments are very well furnished and they are in a great location with easy walking distance to Surfers or alternatively to the great range of restaurants at chevron Island. The apartments are spacious and provide cooking facilities. Its not the Hilton, but nor are there room rates!!

  Great visit

  Had a week here. Has improved immensely. Friendly staff who do their best to help in anyway. Pool maintained to perfection. Great location. Ten minute walk to surfers paradise beach. So close to great restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

  Very helpful professional girl at check in

  Easy check in after hours with lock box, Special parking lot directions not the easiest to follow. 1 hr trying to get to the garage.Great location and very professional management Ive stayed at Chevron Palms on two different occasions and each visit I was very impressed by the quality of the accommodation.

  Absolutely Dreadful

  Out dated, filthy dirty, horrible service from management, no elevator, pool freezing, can't find one nice thing to say about the place. Do Not Stay There - you will be extremely disappointed!! My disabled son had to sleep on a 5cm foam mattress because they didn't have a room with a sofa bed like we had booked. Then they wanted to charge us $25 a day for the foam mattress. Room extremely small. The owner said that the room size advertised in the brochures included the balcony and the basement car park. So tiny. How ridiculous. Disgusting.. be warned.

  Ignore all negative reviews...

  This establishment is awesome. From the moment I arrived, the service has been excellent. The room is very well set out and plenty of room for a solo traveler like me. The main bed was a bit hard, but I moved to the flip out sofa and had a great nights sleep there. For the money I payed this stay, it is worth the money you paid for. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and so is Coles and Woolworth's. OK there is the covid-19 here at the moment, but I like to support Australian businesses doing it tough while we fight this virus Take a well earned break and spend it here.
