Very cleanPremier inn room was really clean and they had taken good precautions to protect staff and visitors.staff were polite and friendly but we didnt get them extra touches that we have received in other premier inns. Location is fantastic for chessington. Could not get better

Restaurant closed during our stay.We stayed Thursday 15th and Friday 16th Oct When I checked in the sign on reception said due to unforeseen circumstances the restaurant will be closed until further notice (which was disappointing,Reception said it was a gas issue). As we were unfamiliar with the area this meant spending time on our phones working out where else to eat instead. Luckily we tried brewers fair in Epsom for breakfast, which was great. Room was the older style, nice and clean but had interconnecting doors with the room next door and although locked were not soundproof and we could hear the family next door and at one point they banged on the wall when our daughter was talking loudly. The condensation would not clear from the bathroom mirror after a shower even with the ineffective fan on which probably explains the musty smell in the bathroom. Despite these niggles we would stay here again (in a different room)

Standard Premier Inn, but poor breakfast & check in experienceThis was a standard Premier Inn experience, booked for the price and convenience of going to Chessington World of Adventures. However, we had a poor experience on check in and after prebooking breakfast as we were not informed until we arrived that it was not possible to have Breakfast at the neighbouring Beefeater, due to unforeseen circumstances. We were issued with a refund and then had to find alternatives as we needed to find Breakfast options for our children before spending a the day in the theme park. We feel that we could have been contacted in advance to be advised of this rather than finding out when we arrived. Also the lady on reception offered no apologies. Obviously she was not at fault for the breakfast situation, but as a representative of Premier Inn she could have at least offered an apology on the companies behalf and a bit of empathy.

GrossOur room was nothing like Lenny Henrys. Very tired with wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet so gross you dont want to walk on it, no hot water just luke warm. Smells like an old musty museum. Walls are so thin you can hear every conversation in the next room. Woken up throughout the night but guy in the next room snoring. Definitely needs an upgrade.

Wouldn't stay here againI'll start by saying I like premier inn's, infact I use them mostly everytime i have went away, however this one is the poorest I've been too, the bathrooms are tiny but my biggest problem is the noise, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and unfortunately for us that included a drunk couple up until 2 in the morning, being stupidly loud and having sex, didn't get a good nights sleep at all. I've never had this problem with other premier inn's I have stayed in. And all credit for the location, it's literally a minute walk (if that) from Chessington world of adventures main entrance, but if I were to go again, I would probably just use there onsite hotel instead soni could go to the park without being knackered and having a rubbish nights sleep
