  Excellent B&B

  Excellent 2 night stay in Keswick x Jim and Margaret made us feel so welcome (even the pooch got a sausage at breakfast !!) highly recommended x couple of minutes away from town centre, ideal location. Would definitely return x

  Short stay in the Lakes

  Lovel B&B run by Jim & Margaret who made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked through the door. Clean, comfortable room with excellent en-suite. A quiet street within 5 minutes of town centre. First class breakfast and we had great chat and banter in the breakfast room. The owners even dried our clothes for us after one walk and made sure we had directions for our walk to the stone circle. We will definitely be back. Thank you

  Fantastic

  Wow, Margaret & Jim are Fantastic Hosts and they cater for everything. You could not ask for a better Guest House, lovely rooms, Brilliant Breakfasts, this place is situated in the middle of Keswick and a good location, would highly recommend.

  Excellent 1 night stay, upgraded from single to small double on arrival. Accomodation all you could ask for, comfortable with coffee etc. facilities in room. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Lovely choice for breakfast and plenty of it, couldn't face lunch still too full..... Highly recommended.

  Great place

  Fantastic location, great value for money and really friendly hosts. Normally stay in Ambleside but Keswick seems to have a lot more going for it in terms of pubs and food. Breakfast was really tasty too! Would strongly recommend, will be going again.
