  Beautiful old buildings

  This hotel is set in an old industrial compound, the interiors are beautiful and very interesting. The hotel staff is very nice and polite, always trying their best to make your stay comfortable. Main drawbacks: location is not very convenient, quite far from the city center. Breakfast is not good; only a few options and the quality of the food is quite bad. The dishes are not refilled when they run out, so if you come in the last 1-2 hours of service, you will have only few choices left. The services of the hotel are not very dependable - we've stayed twice and there are always things missing, e.g. sauna, cafe, etc - things that are listed in the hotel description.

  Hotel moderno

  Es un hotel recientemente reformado a partir de unos almacenes. La decoración de estilo moderno ,es esquisita , con todo tipo de detalles . Para mí el único fallo es que las habitaciones son oscuras, al menos las de la planta baja que fue donde yo estuve. Está situado al lado de una zona peatonal con un templo y un rio que también es muy agradable para pasear.

  Nice concept hotel by the canal, I like the guest rooms, breakfast was not to bad. Walk by the canal at night quite nice with lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel Lobby and design cosy and innovative. Value for money ...

  Perfect location for business or personal travel

  I have stayed at Che'fle 6 times during 2019 and have chosen it as my primary business hotel for Hangzhou. Che'fle is a wonderful idea - converting former silk mill into a hotel and conference center. Property is gorgeous, staff is incredibly helpful. Rooms are perfect for business travel. WiFi has improved greatly in quality over last 12 months. Location on Grand Canal is beautiful. Breakfast is solid quality. Plenty of restaurant options nearby on Canal walk and in nearby shopping mall area. Quality grocery market is a 5 min walk. Hotel has bicycles to rent for shopping or touring. Closest Metro stop is not particularly convenient to hotel, but bus system is very efficient and Didi is always available.

  Superb boutique hotel with many unique and beautiful features.

  This is an excellent hotel converted from an old silk mill on the edge of the canal. The decor is exceptional as are the rooms which are tastefully and sophisticated. The buffet options at both breakfast and dinner are excellent. The hotel also has a great pool and gym. The bars and restaurants in the canal are accessed directly from the rear of the hotel through amazingly lit walkways. Lastly its great value for money! Thoroughly recommended and wouldnt stay anywhere else in Hangzhou.
