  Awesome service at a very reasonable price

  The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Last but not the least manager prem singh is a perfectionist he is a pure gem in this organisation!

  The staff of CICO are very proactive, attentive and courteous esp the reception staff and the in house service staff . The Breakfast was good - staff made sure I got whatever i wanted to have . The location of the hotel is also very good in terms of the places I had to visit in kolkata . I initially booked from MakeMyTrip but wanted to extend my booking - which was not available on the site . I approached the hotel reception who gave me a good rate - very happy that I could stay in the same hotel and same room for my period of stay in kolkata .

  Clean, quiet room with good breakfast

  Lovely little hotel in Alipore. Managers Vivek & Tanmoy were very helpful in accommodating long stays at the hotel. Room away from the street noise, clean, and with good service from a small team. The breakfasts included dosas and other south indian food, which was all I ate every morning.

  Amazing hospitality . Great location . The staff here were very helpfull . The on desk managers Mr. Vivek Mr. Anand and Mr. Tanmay were always welcoming . The staff at the restaurant shahid , Deepak and Shyam were also always welcoming and good at service . Highly recommended for everyone

  A hidden gem in Alipore

  I really enjoyed my stay at CICO. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was always really nice. There is a fully equipped gym. But the best thing about CICO are the staff! They were wonderful and were always happy to try and accommodate my requests where possible. Tanmoy and Vivek at the reception were absolute gentlemen and were always so professional. They made me feel very welcome right from the start. From booking till checkout, I was very happy with CICO!
