  Still undergoing construction

  Greeted by by a smile and taken to our spacious room. No windows in the room bit have a small balcony (hotel should add a window to the balcony door for luminosity). Bathroom is convenient with toilet, shower and sink. Bed was spacious but a little hard. TV is only in Thai and Mandarin. Nothing to do in the vicinity apart from a local street food corner (go right when exiting the hotel) where one lady can prepare you the only dish she has (which is delicious). Waking up was horrendous!!! Drilling, hammering, etc. We thought Thailand was just being bombed or something until we came to our senses and realised the hotel was still under construction. As per the usual, we had booked one night in the hotel and figure our our next move after arrival. We left to another hotel in surat thani which is a little more expensive but hopefully it is completely built. Service remains good if you get one of the english speaking receptionist.

  Maybe in 2 months

  This hotel is more than brand new, it's actually in construction! Being waken up by the drilling and the thumping on the walls was one of the worse wake ups I've had in a long time. Sounded like they were drilling right next to my face. The room was big and clean, except for lots of hairs we found in the bed. The room looked very good, but had no window, and the light is very white. The location is not ideal as it is quite far from town, best if you rent a scooter before going there. All in all, one of the cheapest hotels I've been to during my trip, 320 baht for the room, but I would definitely prefer to pay 100 baht more to not have that horrible noise in the morning. Should be a great place in 2 or 3 months once they are done building it.

  Very very bad!

  Dirty! Everywhere i found hair, the toilet and bathroom so smelly i got sick from it! On booking.com it said it had a balcony.. no room has! Lady no enlish and in middle of nowhere In the middle of the night in construction. Don't come here!

  Avoid this hotel

  If you come later than 6pm, even if you have a reservation, you will find everything close and will have to find another place to sleep. This is the reason why I suggest you to avoid this place. The place was also unsafe and seemed to be dirty
