  Hotel is absolutely beautiful, in an old building. It is like a 4 stars hotel room, but a very nice one. Rooms are so beautiful, like a museum. Service is so so, not that great, a bit cold, like many Russian places, but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this place. The restaurant is very good !! Location is not too far from the center. Be aware that they do not take American Express cards.

  excellent facilities, clean and comfortable room, charming small things, very good breakfast. location can not be changed unfortunately - the hotel is not very close to city center! No elevator! staff is good, but can be more attentive and friendly (but several persons was very positive!)

  Nice Hotel, Better if You Speak Russian

  Stayed 2 nights in May 2018. The room was nice sized and well appointed, though no wash cloths in the bathroom. The staff spoke enough English to communicate successfully. The hotels location is away from places American and British tourists would frequent. The hotel appears to be in a residential neighborhood and the few restaurants within walking distance did not seem welcoming to non-Russian speakers. The hotels restaurant served very good food and the menu was in English which was nice. However, I did not see other guests dining there, not sure why.

  Best hotel in Kaliningrad

  Highly recommended hotel! Super location 15 minutes walking to city center and North Railway station and just next door to the Zoo - for nature lovers! Friendly staff! Cleaning on the highest level! WiFi - super! Style of the rooms and hotel in general- wow! But the most important thing, what really shocked me it is breakfast!! The choice is amazing and taste is truly remarkable- thanks to the Chef! If you will visit Kalinigrad, do not forget to take a short train ride from the North railway station to Svetlogorsk - to enjoy lovely breeze from Baltic sea! Highly recommended!

  Recommend!!

  Very nice hotel close from city center, but in quite area. Reception is multi lingual. Very good breakfast with variety of hot and cold meals, bakery. Service with good attention/attitude. Spacious rooms. Totally recommend! Restaurant has very good reputation in the town. Thanks to the hotel personel that made our stay very comfortable and pleasant
