  Charming, Relaxing and value for money

  We stayed here for five nights and we had a fantastic time. The chateau is full of character. The hosts were very accommodating and kind, thank you Colas and Elfie - We couldn't recommend this place highly for a large family gathering. There was even an outdoor gig on our last night, very enjoyable!

  Amazing château

  Very friendly and well maintained château. A great family feel. Lovely places to explore. There are many activities to do including swimming, ping pong and boules. The breakfast was incredible there was lots of local produce including home made jams and even some cheese.we tried the local white wine and highly recommend it for a sundown on the beautiful terrace!! The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy.

  Fairy tale wedding

  This is an absolutely magical place, like plucked out of a fairy tale. It has so much charm and character that we decided to get married there. And we were still sad to leave. The owner is a fantastic guy, who let us use the entire castle for our wedding, he was very friendly and helpful with everything, so we were very happy! The place itself has not been altered much since it was built in the late 19th century, so you will be able to enjoy the spirit of the time throughout the castle. It has beautiful ornaments everywhere, massive fireplaces, extremely high ceilings, amazing swimming pool area and a charming balcony ideal for breakfasts and late aftenoon dinners. We enjoy this place so much, well surely be coming back to visit this lovely dream-like castle.

  My favourite place in Buzancais

  We had a lovely stay overnight in mid-September, including a dip in the very refreshing swimming pool and an excellent dinner on the terrace. The rooms were beautiful and the park setting very peaceful. The hosts were all very welcoming. Very pet friendly. Only downside was lots of stairs to climb - a bit challenging for the aged parent but she did very well (of course, this beautiful chateaux comes with high ceilings!). Well be back again!

  Exceptional experience

  That was a great experience to stay in an ancient chateau. The whole building is private, owned by the member of the family that built the chateau in 19th century, the guy is really cool)) The interiors were kept as they were in the past, our room was spacious, with lots of historic details, the park around offers great walks, the atmosphere was very relaxed, tranquil and romantic
