  Marco ideal a 40 km de París

  Estuve en este chateau para un congreso, el emplazamiento es perfecto para organizar un evento (congreso u otros). Las habitaciones impresionantes, un 10, y buen servicio en un marco natural espectacular. El fallo: la gastronomía, escasa, cara, y con un mal servicio en restaurante. Como decía el hotel en general muy bien, pero tema resturante es muy duro. En una cena de 67 por persona: una ensalada normal, un plato con tres tipos de pescado pero eran 3 bocados nada mas (y lo peor estaba recalentado no cocinado) y un pastelito de postre. Un vino (el mas barato de la carta) y agua. Y por la zona no hay nada como sustitutivo.

  Disappointing for a Chateauform

  Having stayed at many other chateauforms this one is really disappointing. I am amazed that the company can destroy the great formula of the Chateauform by adding this property to their business. It is rather expensive to stay at a Chateauform but I was always able to convince my organization that it is worth the money as it has a special atmosphere and the environment is very different from a hotel. However this Chateau Mery is more or less just an expensive, modern hotel. The meeting rooms are in a Chateau and are really nice (waht you expect from a Chateauform) The restaurant and social areas are just ugly and do not have any charm. The website is misleading as it shows the pictures of the Chateau but not of the other parts of the property. Having been here I fear that it will be difficult to convince my organization to go back to another Chateauform. They will most likely choose for a regular hotel

  Cute and different

  First time in a Châteaurform, and I have to recognise that it is a different and special feeling. The place is really beautiful, all people are very kidness (and most of them speak a perfect English), rooms are spacious, French meals, large meeting rooms... Great details all around your stay there. There is no TV in any rooms (Company policy!). Areas of improvement: the place around the hotel and castle is really beautiful, but it should be likely better used: no lights during the night to go for a walk or running? Come on!

  One of the best hotels I have stayed in

  We stayed at this hotel as part of work meeting and I have to say everything is just amazing. From the friendly staff, beautiful location, amazing facilities and great food. The rooms don't have a TV which adds to the charm with this hotel. It is all about the surroundings and soaking in the experience of this Chateau. The staff also catered for my dietary needs as I was fasting and they arranged for my meal to arrive at the right time and arranged for me to have breakfast in my room at night so that I could start my fast. This level of detail and passion for putting the customer first puts this hotel in my top 3 in the world ( I stay in hotel 4/nights a week). The restaurant food was fantastic. The internet was great. The bedrooms were amazing modern, luxurious and very peaceful. The meeting rooms were also great with great refreshments throughout the day. The only thing that I could say that was a negative was that I only stayed one night. I wish I could've spent more time here. Will be bringing my family here for a week break. Thank you to the hotel for an amazing experience.

  Great stay for business

  Stayed there as part of a work seminar. I have gone to other Chateauform in the past, and would stay that this one is pretty much in line, apart from 2 things that were for me much better than what I had seen elsewhere : The food was excellent (especially the desserts), and the rooms are cosy. Would definitely go there again.
