  Even worse than a matchbox !

  The place is nearly nothing what is shown in pictures. We stayed 2 nights - after seeing the room we were disappointed and tried to upgrade to a higher category but were not provided the even we were ready to pay extra money. 1. Rooms are tiny, smelly, old linen with shabby and broken furnitures 2. Tiny washroom, smelly with old fittings, toilet seats broken, zero exhaust !! 3. Hot water facility also was not functioning properly. We stayed as we had already pre-booked 4 rooms via Goibibo and had no option to move out. The photos are totally misleading! Sorry we didn't want to waste the memory of our phone by clicking photos of this small shabby room!

  CHAS Rajdarbar Hotel & Banquets

  We booked this hotel for overnight to take train early morning from the NJP. We booked deluxe room. After CheckIn formality we have been taken to room which was not ready & dumb reception have totally no idea about it. Then they provided us a room nearby which was small & of general category. We accepted it because was matter of over night. The room allocated previously was bit better on first look. There is restaurant near the reception which serves excellent yummy vegetarian foods. They honestly said non veg dishes are going to take longer to prepare hence we opted to go with veg & didn't regret at all. Will definitely recommend to try out for sure. We booked a taxi through hotel for drop off to NJP early morning for which they charged Rs.600 which was too much.

  Poor maintenance

  The bed sheets which they provided are not good at all. It is full of dirt stains.They admitted that they are not properly washed. I have asked for change of sheet. They don't have an extra bed sheets, so they managed to cover the bed with two small bed sheets. Rooms are also smelling bad. Once we complained, they brought a room freshener and sprayed it. Bath rooms are also not clean.

  Good hotel in Great cost

  Good hotel near to Siliguri junction. Nice & co-operative staff, neat and clean rooms, not that great. Food is moderate. Ambience is quite good. Rooms: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 3/5 Overall good experience. According to budget, great deal.

  Nice hotel & ambiance

  Located in very good location. Airport is merely 12 kms away and famous Hongkong market is approx. 2 km. Rooms are good with nice food. Staaf are very courteous. Ambiance is very good. Cut one star because of slow service in restaurant. Otherwise rest is good. Overall nice hotel with affordable price and comfortable stay.
