Beware of unfair practices of those FRAUDERS!!!!!They allow booking more rooms than they actually have. They are abusing that you drive hundreds km, offer you worse room in worse hotel and assumme that you accept their offer with a small discount There are several cases They dont mind divide family at Christmas

Corrupt hotelWe booked for 5 nights with free skipass included. When arriving in the hotel we only received a skipass for 3 days and they said the price we paid was for 4 nights. Corrupt manager! Very unfriendly staff. Don't go to this hotel! In addition: there was also a dog barking the room next to ours.

Shame !!!We had booked a stay at this hotel from March 5th to 8th. As the Covid-19 crisis was unfolding across Europe, and especially in Lombardia, we decided to cancel this trip that had become totally unreasonable. We contacted the hotel one week before, but they still charged us the whole stay. Despite several emails and phone calls, they never changed their position despite the fact that the whole country went into full lock-down that Sunday. Shame on them !!!

Not a 4-star hotel or 4-star staffHere my review of our stay from 28.12.19 to 3.1.20. We stayed 5 people in rooms 206 and 209. Room was very small for money paid (209) Noisy from gangway and when toilets were flushing (206) Shared balcony with other room (206) - a smoker. Right outside our balcony door. We were not told. Staff poor in english which sometimes led to misunderstandings. The cost of 10 euro for spa. Not announced in www. And a ridicolous amount considering what we paid in total. Road down to bus was very extremely dangerous. Icy which is difficult with skiboots carrying skies and poles. Luckily nothing happened. In the US this could have led to a serious lawsuit if someone was hurt. Distance to town was clear but not described in www as being so difficult. This quality of hotel would have a shuttle bus to town in the evening when busses where not running. Taxi trouble almost every time we wanted one. In general not that charming service. I asked after day 1 to talk to the manager, but that never happened. I basically gave up. On the good side. Breakfast was nice Skiroom and rent good and easy. Cleaning ok. A bit early start. Often before 8. And Noisy.

Worst experience everWe just arrived and done the check in... and the nightmare started. We booked a double room based on the description on booking.com. The room is extremely small, you dont even manage to pass by in front of the bed if there is someone else. So, the room has maximum 12 sqm with a very small bathroom. And the bathroom is horrible. I think they ordered the most miserable and cheapest shower cabin. We tried to sleep by day but the rooms have no isolation hearing everything from neigboring room. They told us that, even if on booking was the spa included, we have to pay 10 euros each extra tax for the spa area...that should be included or cheaper. Weve made an reservation on the telephone for the massage when we where on our way from Austria to Livigno, but they didnt told us the prices for massage even if i asked about it, they told us that we will discuss at our arrival about it. When we arrived we realised that we dont want to do masage today, because we want to explore the centre, and we wanted to cancel the massage. So...surpise!! We cant cancel it, we have to pay it even if we dont want to do it, and is not cheap at all...50 - 90 euros! I think also that in 4 stars hotel is not acceptable to not have a kettle or tea facilities in the room!!! There will be more to say...the minibar, the bed, etc! So from the begining everything is uncomfortable... We asked at the reception if we can change the room but they told us that only in 2 days is possible, so...2 days we have to stay in this horrible room!
