  An amazing place to stay

  We have just returned from a two night break and it was fantastic. Having two teenage children, we have pretty much outgrown the typical family room in any hotel so to be able to book two interconnecting rooms was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms spacious and comfortable but the biggest plus point was the fantastic staff. They were so friendly and helpful even during a busy breakfast service. A lot of effort had been put into being Covid secure and we felt safe throughout our stay. Although the breakfast is no longer buffet style, we had plenty of hot food and drink bought to our table. The Sunday roast, however, was the highlight of the stay. Its not often that the quality and abundance of amazing vegetables equals the quality of the meat! (I could have eaten the red cabbage as a dish on its own!) We are already so keen to return and next time we visit Warwickshire, we certainly wont consider anywhere else.

  Lovely friendly hotel

  My friend and I stayed here overnight. The weather wasn't good so we arrived early and were able to get into our room early which was so useful. Lovely big room and bathroom had a bath which I really like. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Meal in the evening was very nice. Breakfast couldn't be buffet due to covid but everything was available. Check out was 11am which we took advantage of. Enjoyed a walk around area. Will go back.

  Lovely Hotel in Great Location

  The hotel is in a lovely relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle but lots of places within driving distance. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant making it a very friendly stay. We were on a Wowcher deal which was great value for money. My only complaint would be that the set menu was very limited and we would have paid extra to choose from the main menu given the choice. We ate in the restaurant on our second night too which was lovely with far more choice. I would definitely return to this friendly hotel. A good atmosphere goes a long way.

  Stay cancelled, where is our refund!?

  15Jan21 Our night stay for my partners birthday, in the most expensive room with eve meal-all paid in advance was cancelled, we understand the lockdown is a must, and we or the hotel have no control over this. However, my numerous attempts by emails and phone calls to get a refund of nearly £200 have been ignored. To be truthful, in the future, we will not consider staying at this hotel.

  Perfect Weekend Away! Thank you!

  We cannot wait to be able to return to the Pheasant Hotel after we had such a fantastic weekend away in October. It was our first time visiting the area and my family and I spent a day seeing the sights in nearby Stratford-Upon-Avon and then had a beautiful walk in the Charlecote Park the next day. We followed this up with a fantastic Sunday lunch in the hotels restaurant before sadly departing. The hotel is perfectly located with many attractions within walking and driving distance. Even though it was a pandemic, the hotel felt very clean and safe with lots of hand sanitiser stations. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Hoping to visit again as soon as lockdown is over with my family for another weekend staycation. :)
