  Razonable en otoño

  Muy bien situado, cerca de la plaza de la libertad, universidad, parques, opera, metro, y zona con movimiento de personal, museos, etc.. A 40 minutos de la estación del ferrocarril (si os hacéis con un mapa podéis ir dando un paseo atajando, y de paso visitáis la ciudad). En la plaza de la Libertad hay un mercadillo interesante para los no habituales (podremos ver cómo se venden las carpas vivas), una estatua impresionante de Lenin. Los mozos del hotel muy amables y correctos si son africanos (si al final de la estancias les dáis 100-200 grivnias les váis a solucionar el mes), los lugareños bastante más huraños. El desayuno, si viene incluído, es más que suficiente, pero acostumbran a hurtar algún apartado cada día (por lo menos a mí). Aunque digas "Priviet" "Pashaluista" "Dobroe den" Difícilmente te responderán con una sonrisa..pero estamos en el Este.

  Evening Securiry embarassed me and my guest

  I brought a friend to my room and the night security 3 times stopped me bringing my friend in the lift by using his hand to stop the lift from closing embarrassing me and more importantly my guest! I have never ever had this issue in any hotel bringing a guest back and know for this is to happen is absolutely disgusting how embarrassing very unprofessional if it was not for the concierge speaking to the security and eventually me having almost forcefully tell my friend it is ok to come up did it get allowed. To be embarrassed like that at a hotel such as this is disgusting how this is allowed I will not know! Management should definitiey sort this issue out and should remover the customer is always first I even sent an email to the management as soon as this happened and it's been 2 days and no response ? Is this suppose to be a 4 star hotel because it is by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel!

  Nice hotel in the center of kharkov

  I stayed in the Kharkov hotel for a week. I stayed in the premium suite which was large with a beautifull view of the city from the 16th floor. The hotel have all kinds of rooms for any budget . Hotel staff were always helpfull especially the concierge. The hotel is a wallking distance from many restaurants and is right in the city center. I will deffently stay at the hotel again if i will visit the city again.

  Hotel Gostinii Dvor in Kharkiv

  I have the pleasure of spending two nights in this lovely 4 stars hotel. It is a historical building with big rooms and nice location and staff . There wasnt much to do as it was very cold ( -8 ) . The hotel was so warm which make you disbelieve the temperature reading !! People were so nice , specially the reception ladies . English is not spoken widely, but a seasoned traveler will pass with a smile . I hope to visit again in summer as they say it is an amazing place . Restaurant is very much on the high price side compared to general prices in the city

  Hotel Kharkov is located in the center of the city. there is parking. Nearby there are many restaurants and coffee shops, metro and Shevchenko Park. At the reception meets friendly staff. A big and beautiful hall. breakfast is included in the room rate. The rooms are clean and bright. Furniture and bathroom are old. The towels are clean. The hotel has two elevators, but you still have to wait long. One of them was constantly breaking down. When I came to breakfast there were no empty seats, I had to wait. Food did not have time to make, also had to wait. One coffee machine, stood in line for more than 5 minutes. My morning was not good at all.
