  Awsome food

  Linguine with clams in red sauce was incredible!! Large portions so we were able to share an order and it was plenty of food. House salad is Italian style with olives...Yum! Garlic bread is served hot and is coated with fresh roasted garlic and butter.Price is moderate.Highly recommend...Local family owned, home made food!!!

  Not the best house!

  This place is okay for 1 or 2 night stay. Unfortunately we had this booked for a week and are choosing to leave after 3 nights. There really isn't anything to do around the hotel. There are a few restaurants and a few moped rentals. The beach is a 5 min walk away which is lovely, but the sea is very rough, so wouldn't go in. The room itself is basic and it is what you pay for. But.. the balcony was tiny with a bloody great unit on the wall that nearly knocked me out everytime I opened the patio door to go out there, the toilet leaked and by day 2 the bathroom was flooded, the floor is stone and just never dries. The air con unit drips onto the floor and the floor is very slippy. The bed makes the most horrendous creaky noise everytime we roll over and I'm a fidget sleeper, so everytime I moved it woke me and my partner up. God only know if downstairs heard it. The building itself lets a lot of noise in, windows at end of corridor are just slats that are open and the window in our bathroom just a net, and balcony doors very thin, resulting in every truck or loud bike going past the road next to us... waking us up! Pool area nice, but gets no sun as blocked by buildings and trees, so pretty pointless. Was quite disappointed in this place and lost money having to check out early!!

  Scruffy.

  Would you stay in a hotel that looked like this ? They say it has been recently refurbished but this is the new roof on the Restaurant ! Patched up with old tiles in four completely different colours to the original. Scruffy and lazy, this gives a very bad impression to customers but I suspect that they dont care.   Cheap hotel, good location but a little bit noisy

  A pretty decent Hotel, I stated here for 7 nights for a good Price. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy from the main street traffic and beds were so hard. Location was decent and it had a good-looking pool but I never used it. Overall an OK stay but there are better out there.

  5 Nights in Phuket

  Moved to this hotel because of the location which was walking distance to Karon Beach. Staff spoke little English, room was okay but agree with other travelers review, balcony very small indeed, plus large AC unit in the way. Communal steps and corridors could do with a serious clean. Pool area very nice for a cool off, but the surrounding buildings left a lot to be desired. But the worst of all was the bed, never slept or tried to sleep in a bed that hard before. But you get what you pay for!
