Full of DHSSMy partner and i had a house fire and was put here as temporary accommodation .by the council The first room we had was in one of their houses the radiator didn't work although we was given electric heating to be fair toilet didn't flush and no hot water maintenance man was delightful and helpful but to be honest the system was cheep and he couldn't do anything to fix the problem the second room we was moved to was far better in the hotel ,breakfast is value tea bags value bread and jam also value cornflakes we know this due to the breakfast packs given out to the guests,on many occasions we saw guests book in as we did and then walked out the hotel to one of their many houses.,we couldn't help feel sorry for people who we saw book in and thinking it was a normal hotel and not as the police told us one night a bail hostel, that was the evening that while watching the antiques roadshow with people we met at there the receptionest decided he wanted to sleep and ordered us to go to our rooms when we refused he cut the electicity of the hotel plunging it into darkness ,hence we phoned the police for his bizarre behaviour ,the following day the manageress put up signs saying the people in their houses had to be in their rooms by 6pm and 8pm if you had a room in the hotel ,i think one of the best notes she stuck to the front porch was no taking drugs on the front steps which summed the whole place up not recommended at all unless like us your stuck because of no insurance and had to rely on the council to find you somewhere ,i would also like to add they have the nerve charging the council £170 pw for one of their rooms not cheep for what they offer

sleeping on the street is a better optionSleeping at the airport would have been a better option. It was noisy, dirty and the staff was ignorant. We were taken to another building that looked like a shelter for animals. Checking in took forever and it seemed as if the Hotel didn´t even have our reservation.

Run down and full of thievesMe and my partner have always worked hard but when he became ill we fell on hard times and was placed here in temporary accommodation. Its dated but not that bad for the position I am in.i have a 3 year old son and everyday without fail his food is stolen from the shared freezer and it appears that I am feeding the low life that live here!the staff say it's my responsibility. The cleaners are lovely but I'm a grown women and prefer to do my own cleaning. There are people shouting and screaming at all hours. I was in the shower last night and was greeted by men knocking on the bathroom window and find myself approached by the men staying in the hotel even though they are aware I am here with my partner. If your homeless its not the worst you can get but be ready to not eat because I am sure nobody can afford 3 takeaways a day. Awful for people that are vunrable and have kids. And if your a woman your going to be harassed. And god please do not pay to stay here I would sleep at a bus stop before spending a night here voluntary.

this hotel provides temporary accommodation for homless peopleWe were send here by brent council when we were made homless. They put me and my wifi I a house on one side of the road and my 15 year old daughter in a house on the other side of the road. Where a 25 year old pedofile was caught in bed with her. The security protected this guy. dont take any children here, they will be at risk of sexual abuse.
