Honestly, don't do it to yourself! The room we chose was with A/C and cost 110 000 kip. The room was big with enough light from the window and there were enough power sockets to charge gadgets. And there were the pros. The cons.. Well, the staff doesn't speak english at all. I went to ask towels from the front desk which were lacking in our room. I got offered another room! I just took the towels from there so the reception guy finally understood my point. There's no remote to A/C which is quite old machine anyway. You have to rise from the bed to control the temperature every time. Then that Wi-Fi that should work in the lobby. Nope.. It didn't work in the rooms and very badly in the lobby. When complained about it, they just kept giving me the password again and again. There actually was a router in the 2nd floor lobby but it wasn't on/maybe broken. The bathroom was clean but there is no bidee. There was no hot water in the shower. And the bed is old with bad, bumpy madrass and disgusting, old blanket. I had to take melatonin to be able to catch some sleep. We woke up in 8 am and checked out right away. Also the location is very bad since it over 2 km from the city center which is a quite long walk to get to a restaurants and services. They don't seem to care about their customers, since you have to pay in advance your stay, so they don't need to be bothered no matter what you complain about. And It's no use to complain since they don't understand you anyway. We have been during our trip in 34 different accomodations (and many were cheaper than this), there's only one worse experience than this.

Just don't do it, keep looking!!The ONLY reason we stayed here is because my 75 year old grandfather "knows everything" and he picked the place. It was awful there were bed bugs like the place is infested. There are brown blood spots all over the sheets and blankets then I checked the bed there was an egg, a tiny baby bed bug, and a full grown bed bug. I couldn't sleep so I stayed up all night got no sleep and didn't get in bed, we checked out at 7am the next day. No hot water, the water was warm but went in and out so it was warm then cold throughout the entire shower. There are mosquitos in the room, like not 1 or 2, they're swarming all over the room. WiFi doesn't work in the room and was crappy in the lobby. I stayed down in the lobby the entire night while my grandfather slept in the bed bug infested bed. I tried to watch Netflix all night to stay up and had to do it in the lobby on the stairs. There were no chairs for me to sit on because the owner who speaks no English sleeps in the lobby with a mosquito net.... Probably because he doesn't want to get eaten by bed bugs? I mean it was the worst experience ever! For a few bucks more you can find another place just do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Outdated Inside and Outsomewhat old and many outdated insides, but hey you can't complain about it for the price per night. Roughly about $17 and up per night. If you going back to the old days of the 40's and 50's way of living then the atmosphere inside is the right place for you.
