  Nice find and a great price

  Chalong Villa Resort and Spa is a nice hotel. It is located within short walking distance to Chalong pier although you risk your life trying to cross Chalong circle. We stayed here for a few nights and found the hotel clean and comfortable. The lobby is nice and the grounds are nicely kept. The room was large and comfortable with fully functioning air conditioner and hot shower. The pool is large and cold. The only thing deceiving with the pool is it may look cloudy or dirty but I think that's due to the reflection in the pool, not necessarily the pool itself. The poolside chair however could use a facelift. Location wise, it's down a side street not far from the main road and has a fitness center right across the street. I would stay here again

  Perfect weekend hotel

  We booked the room Pool view with agoda, when we arrive to hotel the room was more of a cabinet then a room, the room was nothing like the photo of agoda. We talked to the reception and we talked with manager that offered us few different rooms to upgrade to. The hotel took care of our problem in a god way and we got another room. Our room was big and clean and next to the pool. The location next to the beach and to walk there in the evening looking over chalong bay, is fantastic. For us that is heavy coffee drinkers ....we would appreciate if they had a coffee machine at hotel, but they did not, they only serve instant coffee :-( Overall.... nice location,staff is helpful.....but compare room with Chlaong Villa before you book room with agoda with the, ...Agoda do not have the correct photos to the room they promote. This is something to be aware of!

  An OK Stay

  Chalong is on the east side of Puhket. If you are looking for the nice beaches, look in Patong, Karon or Katta. The hotel: Pros: Very nice staff Great pool Decently good breakfast Easy walking distance to Chalong Harbor, Villa Market (a more western grocery store) Cons: The WiFi really only works in the common areas There is actually NO fitness center Poor communication by the staff (I tried to book this place through their website, tried contacting them twice via email and no one ever replied to me. The only reason we got a booking was because we have family in Chalong so they went to the hotel one day to book a room for us). Bad location if you want to go to the beach everyday On the bright side: If you do stay here: if you leave the hotel and walk toward the main road (that takes you over the hill to Katta) there is a really nice massage place called Jasmin Massage (by far my favorite massage I got in Thailand) also if you cross that main road there is a great noodle place and Thai restaurant where you can get good cheap eats. Additionally, every Tuesday the center where Villa Market is turns into a pop-up night market. Delicious and cheap food can be found there too! Overall, the place is nice but the fact that no one responded to me turned me off and depending on what you are looking for, the location might not be right for you.

  Great resort tucked away in chalong bay

  Wonderful resort clean and in fitting with the thai theme beautifully designed little units , booked with breakfast , friendly staff , beautiful views of the bay picturesque, stunning swimming pool designs - the 1 area to note though is that all major activities are at patong beach and we travelled to patong almost every day with the tuk tuk etc and that increased transport costs , other than this Aochalong was ideal for us

  A gem

  This is a lovely little resort with an extremely helpful staff in a quiet location. Clean and comfortable rooms and a great pool. A great place to stay if youre looking for some relaxation by the pool.
