  Western + Chinese style breakfast with great tub

  This serviced apartment is pretty cool. Fully equipped with a full kitchen. I love our balcony sofa facing the rugged mountain and temple. Two toilets and a tub! Bed linens are clean and comfy. I wish I had more time to stay in bed cos the sliding glass wall is so tempting for cozying. Let me tell you about the breakfast: > Chinese style is available as many of the guests are Chinese > got coffee/milk/juice and cereals (thumbs up) > toaster, butter and jam > No Room key no breakfast > tropical fruits overload no durian though Amenities: > mini gym > two pools (1st floor & 2nd floor) > a bar beside a pool (1st floor) > you can jog around, pretty wide area > convenient store for all your needs > a bar and a band > only one door key, you cannot use the lift without the room key, stairs got locks too and needs the room key > soundproof > small lifts What's around the area: > there's a farmer's market walking distance that opens late afternoon > some massage shops > other hotels > temples My company decided to conduct our yearly team-building outing in Phuket. Our itinerary was pretty hectic however our travel was organized perfectly. From our hotel, it was convenient to hop from one scenic area to another.

  Great Service Apartment !

  Big apartments with comfy bed. Its a big establishment with several blocks and landed houses. Two Swimming pools. Gym is well equipped and faces the pool. Theres a big lake nearby. Ample free parking and security. Overall a great place to stay while in Chalong.

  Lovely Hotel

  We were a bit dubious at first as this was the first time we had booked through Expedia. This hotel was lovely, friendly welcome fro ladies at reception, we booked a 1 bedroom suite in block C1 6th floor big open plan living / dining space lovely big bedroom with ensuite with additional shower. Rooms cleaned ever day with fresh towels & bedding. Pool area was clean and no need to fight for a bed, the restaurant prepared lovely / fresh food every day. Not much round about hotel as this is more a residential area as we were here for muay thai that didn't bother us, if you come out hotel and turn right about 200mtrs up pass the traffic lights and turn right into street you will find all the gyms and some bars. Most nights had the bar to ourselves as hotel only 20% occupied. Would definitely recommend this hotel for first timers to Thailand.

  Unsanitary and not western friendly

  This place is unsanitary, I had to ask them to change the sheets. It is listed as a 4 star resort but I would avoid it at all costs. The power went out multiple times during the stay, but power was on just around the corner. Because it was raining and the power was out, I couldn't go back to the gym to get my keycard, so they insisted I pay 1000 baht for a new keycard, even through all the inconveniences. The next day I was able to get the keycard easily when it stopped raining. The customer service was bad and not understanding. This is not a western friendly place.

  Would not recommend at all

  Booked 8 days here because I needed somewhere close to the fitness street. Arrived at around 3pm for check in and while the location is great for what I needed it lacked in everything else. Reception staff dont speak a word of English so it was painful trying to understand anything but eventually paid the room got the key and was shown to the apartment. Walking in the building you could smell a damp smell which was unpleasant and then got to the apartment and it just felt dirty. Old furniture in the living room insects on the floors and in the bedroom and I just kept thinking to myself I wont be able to last 8 days here... Ac in the bedroom was not cooling... decided to drive to a supermarket to buy bug spray, air freshener and washing powder for clothes since it had a washing machine which was a good touch... by the time we came back at around 10pm we saw police in the complex which made us a bit on edge considering there were multiple signs around saying to make sure you keep belongings with you because of theft. The AC was not working at all and how do you communicate with the staff that dont speak English? It was getting very stressful the bedsheets were dirty mattress was rock hard and it just felt very uncomfortable... luckily was looking through Instagram and found a boutique hotel nearby and drive there to see if they had rooms.... luckily they did and the girl in reception was great so I told her let me go back to my apartment and see if they will cancel my booking and refund my money... went back and this is now close to midnight, talked to the staff using hand gestures and Google translate in the end after 30 mins of complaining agreed on a partial refund which at this point I would have left with no refund.... they disconnected the electricity in the room so we had to put all the bags together and all our belongings with the help of the light from our phones (they did this on purpose Im sure of it) Long story short we managed to leave and settle in the new hotel by 1am so it was a blessing in disguise that this hotel was so rundown and dirty I would not recommend this hotel to anyone no matter how desperate you are for accommodation near chalong
