  Great hotel

  We stayed for 3 nights in a large double room with a sea view. Lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Great breakfast buffet. And amazing Thai food. Quiet location but very easy to find. Nice pool. Al and Jo, UK

  Fantastic hotel and hospitality

  We arrived from Bangkok in early December. We were warmly welcomed at reception and checked into our double room without a sea view. The sea view was more expensive however I would highly recommend not getting it. Our view from the fourth floor was of big Buddha at the top of the mountains. This room also offered more privacy on the balcony. The hotel itself is situated away from the bustling towns but only a short taxi ride to patong and Phuket town. Taxis are available from reception at a discounted price. The room was very clean and bath robes and slippers were supplied. The mini bar offers reasonable prices. The bathroom was kitted out with incredible small touches. The restaurant offers a free breakfast buffet. You can request anything that you cannot find in the buffet and they will cook it up fresh for you. I highly advise getting up at 6am a walking the beach to the sunrise and then have you breakfast in the restaurant that looks on to the beach. The staff in the restaurant are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile every time you meet them. The only slight downsides are the beach is only practical at high tide (mornings) and there are many noisy Chinese tourists, however they do seem to disappear on tours during the day leaving the pool and bar area to yourself. I'd also like to thank all the staff at the hotel for an amazing experience that I would love to have again! I look forward to meeting them in the near future!

  Won't get good sleep at this hotel.

  Pro's: - Service was fast. If we requested towels they would be delivered to our room within minutes. - Staff were exceptionally friendly, though some spoke limited English which could be frustrating at times. Con's: - Right next to a Mosque which would blast Muslim prayer music over a loud speaker which went on for over a minute and went off at 5:15 am and 5:30 am every morning. No matter how deep of a sleeper you are, this will wake you up. We didn't appreciate the alarm clock we couldn't turn off. - No hot water. - Marble flooring throughout, so when people come and go it echoes incredibly loudly. - Beds were hard. - A/C wasn't the best. It would cut on and off. - Blow dryer doesn't work in bathroom, have to use it in the bedroom.

  WELL ORGANIZED!

  I enjoyed staying in this resort for 3 nights. All employees are very professional and hospitable. The location is very ideal, few steps to Chalong Beach and few minutes to Rawai, Kata and KAron Beaches. Restaurants and convenience stores are only few steps away. That was a very relaxing stay and hope to come back soon.

  Villa experience

  We had a wonderful stay in the villa here at the beginning of this month. We were treated very kindly by the staff, and they even asked us to take a picture with them when we left. They were very helpful when one of us got sick as well. We took full advantage of the pool and beach access, and enjoyed the comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying here!
