  Great service and location a big thanks to Kevin and Angelica who were so helpful and always available. The skiing lifts, shops and main ski centre for les eucherts is a 5 min walk. Could not fault anything. We will definitely be back thanks guys for a wonderful ski holiday you made it special.

  Biggest apartment I'd ever seen!

  With a group of 11 we stayed in a really big apartment at La Refuge. And I mean really big! The living room/dining area was like a ballroom and the sauna was quite big too. Most of the bedrooms were decent sized too, only a couple were a bit too small. There's the option of ordering bread for in the mornings, a pool downstairs (and another sauna) and the nicest staff ever. One of us was thinking of ordering a different set of lenses for ski goggles and the receptionist even came up to the apartment to show her Google results and a French Amazon delivery option for her. Now that's service! When we had a clogged drain they were also immediately in the apartment to fix it. The wifi was a bit slow in the end, but the weather was very poor that day so I can't imagine any wifi connection being able to handle an entire building full of people looking at videos online ;-) We had a bit of hard time finding the correct path to ski directly to the apartment, but even if you don't find it, it's only a short walk to/from the nearest skilift or ski slope. Highly recommended, even if just for the friendliness of the staff

  Finally a sizeable appartment instead of a shoebox!!!

  We were in an apartment for 12-14 people. That means 12 people in French. Enough cutlery, crockery, bathrooms, chairs, etc! And loads of space, which is quite something for an French apartment. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! Rooms were okay, except for one, which was quite small. Car park available, bread delivered in the morning, shops close by. The skiing area is a bit small, but for a week it is fine.

  Great apartment, 100m walk from the lift

  We stayed in the 10 person apartment for a week. There are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms - 3 combined and 1 room has the bathroom on the other side of the hallway. The place was clean when we arrived and the staff on site were quick and helpful to get us set up. The place is decorated 'ski style' which is fine and comfy. The kitchen was well equipment to cook for 10, with oven, stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Everything was in good working condition and some basic tools for cleaning were provided. The apartment has a nice fireplace and burning wood is provided by La Refuge. The lift is about 100m walking from the apartment and the view is spectacular overseeing La Plagne and Les Arcs. Parking is in the private garage below in the building. All in all, a great apartment, good views and a convenient location. Would go again

  A Successful Skiing Holiday

  The apartment was spacious and well appointed with a proper oven and a bathroom per bedroom. Perfect for two families. The location was good, a few minutes walk to shops and amenities and the ski lifts and quite possibly, earlier in the season it would have been possible to ski to the lifts. The apartment block had a small swimming pool which kept the children happy when they no longer wished to ski.
