  Good family rest house

  Was here with family for couple of nights. Hosts were very friendly and the place itself is comfy enough to enjoy winter activities. Food prepared by guys is tasty and variety is quite satisfying. Definitely will stay again if visit Badgastain in future.

  Stay away from this place

  Extremely unfriendly hostess who limits 4 people on half litter of coffe. Breakfast meet dry, extremely hard to to acces hotel by car. No snow removal on car parking.asking for deposits on arival.... rooms are very basics.location is really far from everything. Not for sure place to spend money..

  They need to clean and fresh up

  We have to start our visit at the apartment with a cleaning of the kitchen. There was coffee left in the coffeemaker, crumbs in the refrigerator and spots and greens here and there. Under some of the beds was it so mutch dust it couldn't be cleaned proper for a long time and there were clothing under one of the beds. The hoste cleaned it up when we went out for a bite. But it was still dusty in the windowsills, dead flies in the bathroom and so on after the re-cleaning. The settings is lovely and Bad Gastein is beautifully.

  Youth hostel standard

  Chalet is a big word for this place. Relatively cheap, but still below expectations based on booking.com presentation. The house is quite old and rooms (suites) are very small size, college dorm standard. Rooms are not a place where you want to / can spend much time beyond sleeping. Rooms only partly cleaned upon arrival. Included breakfast was very basic. Young, helpful and friendly staff, who were busy on the ski slopes and gave some good advice on skiing conditions. Skiing in Gastein was nice in February. The chalet is about a 1 km downhill from the main ski lift, Stubnerkogel. Walking distance, but only without skiing equipment, where better to take the free ski bus or a car.

  Terrible visit in Gastein

  Chalet hard to arrive and very unfriendly Netherlands Host.. Not realy cleaned rooms and towels.. its Not cheap but okay when youre very drunk.. The only positiv Point in this Hotel is the young Lady who checked us in..
